I'm a 31-year-old guy who works full time and enjoys sports like golf, ice hockey, and football. I prefer living in a studio, keeping it clean and tidy. I won’ have pets or have kids in the living arrangement, and I don't smoke. My interests revolve around work and music (no instruments). I like to keep to myself but may have company over occasionally.

Requiring property to stay while going through divorce and splitting custody 50/50 with ex. Child will stay in the house we own for the time being while we change shifts. Will only be in the property 50% of the time.
