Hi, I'm Ash, 40YO female from Adelaide SA; I relocated to Cairns almost 4 years ago.

I'm looking for either a solo studio/granny flat, or a shared house with no more than 2-3 people depending on the size/space/facilities of the house itself.
I'm keen to move immediately (October) and am flexible with the length of stay, depending on how well things go with new housemates - I consider myself local and aren't looking to move on quickly.

I currently work three casual jobs across different fields including event production behind-the-scenes (eg. audiovisual, staging, furniture & event setup); exhibition & expo builder/supplier; and a creative workshop studio assistant.

In Cairns I've lived in the same sharehouse for 3+ years up until recently when our lease ended. Before that I was a home owner with my previous partner, as well as other shared houses in earlier years. I'm a very clean & tidy person who likes a neat and well-kept household, and am happy to contribute to communal responsibilities and needs of the household. Happy to be social with a wine or shared dinner occasionally but mostly keep to myself and do my own thing, and very conscious of everyone's personal space. In my free time I enjoy heading out camping and exploring Cairns and FNQ, and socialising out with friends.
