I'm quiet and generally keep to myself, but I'm friendly and happy to have a chat. I spend a lot of my time at home on my computer, gaming or watching TV.

I'm reliable with rent and bills and always pay them on time. I'm respectful of other people's space and property and I'm happy to help keep shared areas clean and tidy.

I am a smoker, but I only smoke outside and I'm happy to smoke away from the property if required.

I'm mainly looking for a quiet and relaxed household where everyone respects each other's privacy. I'm not looking for a party house and would prefer a long-term arrangement where I can settle in and treat the place as home.
