Hey, I am a 25 year old Irish doctor come over to Perth to work in Charlie’s. Ideally am looking for somewhere close to there, around Nedlands area. I will be working full time but want to chill at the weekends, get out do some outdoor activities. I am big into art, I love painting and taking photos. I don’t smoke and I’m taking a break from drinking at the moment, but am cool with being around both. I’m clean and look after things so would definitely take good care of wherever I’m staying. Currently looking for a 6 month lease but likely to extend it to 12.
