Hello, I am writing to recommend my client/mate, Steven, for a room you might have available. Steven is 59 years young, respectful and health-conscious individual. He enjoys surfing, beach/nature walks, exercise, and spending his mornings out and about, followed by relaxing afternoons reading and watching horse racing.

Steven is retired, has a steady income, is a non-smoker, non-drinker. He is currently staying in a motel for a prolonged amount of time which is proving costly, so he is seeking accommodation urgently and could move in straight away. I feel he would be a great fit for your property and would treat your space with care and respect.

If you think he might be a suitable roommate for your residence would you please consider meeting with him and myself and consider allowing him to view the room?

The room would be for Steven only. I'm just trying to help him find steady accommodation.
