Hey, I'm Josh. Originally from the UK; been in Australia 13 years now, and I have a son (12) who I have week-on week-off. Looking for a team-up to rent a place around the Manly area so my boy can be closer to his school. I'd prefer one housemate but would consider a couple if the vibes are right. Ideally would want someone to team up for 6 months at least.

I'm 37 and work full-time in the CBD, couple days a week WFH, and also am a student. Three days a week I do jiu jitsu in the evenings, and in the mornings I like to get outside for a sunrise walk.

In my free time (I don't actually know what this is anymore), you'll find me reading, hiking, or enjoying music. Looking to create a home that is clean and peaceful, with a social feel-good vibe where personal spaces are always respected, and my son can feel safe and comfortable when he stays with me.
