I am relocating back to Canberra to commence a role based in Barton shortly and am seeking a quality residence that provides a comfortable and quiet base during the working week.

My family and our home are now based in Sydney so I will be travelling to Canberra for work on a FIFO basis. As such, I am looking for a well-maintained property that I can treat as my home away from home during the week. You can be assured that the property will be kept in excellent condition, as I value a clean, organised and respectful living environment.

I am a senior executive working in the Australian Public Service with a long career across Commonwealth agencies. I have a stable income, an established record of reliability, and take pride in meeting all financial commitments on time. I also value open, professional communication and treating any property with the same care and respect as if it were my own.

I am seeking a long-term arrangement and can be flexible with lease terms to suit your preferences. I would be pleased to provide references, or any other documentation that may assist with my application.
