I am new to Adelaide, I’ll be arriving at the end of October. I have short term accommodation sorted but looking to move into a longer-term place pretty swiftly.

Ideally looking to live on the coast. Glenelg area preferred but north or south of Glenelg equally fine. However, I would be incredibly flexible for the right house and housemate.

I’ll be fully employed in a stable, well paid job. I have rented in the UK for a number of years and never been late with rent etc.

Interests include most sports, particularly rugby. I like going for walks and ending up in a coffee shop or pub.

In the home I’m clean. I don’t see vacuuming as only a weekly task! I would say I’m sociable but interested in my own space as well.

Ideally looking for a spare room in a house with a male between the ages of 25-35 with similar interests. I’m quite flexible though.

Equally interested in ‘Team Ups’ but I’ll be new to Adelaide and not too aware of the renting process etc.
