Hi, I’m Aimee, 26, originally from Ireland and working as a primary school teacher here in Townsville. I’ve been lucky to get sponsorship with a local school, so I’ll be around for the next few years. My current lease ends on December 15th, so I’m starting to look for a new place to call home.

I’d love to find somewhere in or around the city or The Strand area, ideally an apartment. Having air con and secure parking would be great, and an ensuite would be a lovely bonus but I’m flexible on all that.

I’m clean and tidy but not fussy. I’d prefer to live with people around my age, but I’m easygoing and get along with all.

Outside of work, I love being at the gym, going for walks with friends, or spending time on the beach or in the water. I’m a big fan of a sweet treat too! I’m social and usually become good friends with the people I live with, but I also enjoy my own downtime and am always respectful of others’ space.

I’ll likely be away for a few weeks over Christmas, but I will keep paying rent as normal during that time. (I’m happy to pay this up front if you’re more comfortable with that)
