Hi, I'm James! I'm 27 years old, currently living in Noosa Heads, QLD. I'm seeking a flat which has positive and social vibes, in an ideal location. I am happy to commute to work if I find the right place, and I'm targeting a budget of $350-400 per week maximum - though I can negotiate for the right place if needed. Ideal locations would be Buderim, Eumundi, Peregian Springs or Coolum - but I am open to other areas.

I'm friendly and cheerful, and I enjoy getting to know other people. I'm courteous, respectful, polite, and reliable when it comes to paying bills on time and meeting obligations. I always clean up after myself, and I respect other people's privacy. I'm happy to have a chat with others, but I also appreciate and respect when people have their own time. I haver experience flat-sharing in New Zealand, so I know how important cleanliness and respect is towards other people and the property itself.

I like hiking, public speaking, playing piano, reading, board games, movie and trivia nights and spontaneous day trips. I'm always keen for a hike in the local national park, a trip to the beach, or to go and explore somewhere. I have a girlfriend, and we see each other on a regular basis.

I work part-time at Amplifon Retail, a hearing care company - approximately 30 hours a week.
I am passionate about helping other people and working with them to promote their own independence and quality of life, and you will I have previously worked in retail at Coles, and in disability support (with over five years of experience).
