Hello, my name is Caitlin and I am 23 years old. I am from England but applying for permanent residency. I work in a cafe full time.

Outside of work I go to the gym, i go to the beach and i catch up with friends on weekends. I am social but also appreciate downtime.

To live with I am clean, considerate and respectful who values a comfortable home. I always tidy up after myself and like to keep shared spaces neat.

I’m reliable with rent and bills and believe in mutual respect.
