I’m Gráinne and I’ve recently turned 30. I’m an Irish girl who has called WA home for the past 14 months, and I’m excited to continue building my life here in Perth for the long term.

I am a qualified Social Worker employed full time working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

I’ve lived independently for the past 11 years, both in the UK and now in Australia, always taking pride in maintaining my home.

Perth already feels like home to me, and I’m looking for a room where I can feel settled, secure, and comfortable.

In my spare time, I enjoy keeping active at the gym, spending time at the beach, cooking, attending festivals, and having fun with friends. I’m a respectful and reliable tenant looking for a peaceful place to call home. I’m also a non smoker.
