I moved up from Sydney to the Gold Coast at the start of last year to Study Medicine up this way. I've been placed at Tweed Hospital next year and so I'm looking for a place a bit closer, ideally for 6-12 months, with the potential for longer depending on how things go. Ideally would like to move in around the start of January but open to moving in mid-december.

I consider myself an active person and will often be out at the gym in the mornings or at the beach. I'm happy socialising but also respect the need for personal space/down time, and ideally would like roommates of a similar mix. I'm a non-smoker and I'm not really interested in throwing any house parties.
I'm also extremely respectful of shared spaces and pride myself on my cleanliness.

I do a mixture of remote work/FIFO, so might be away some weekends.
