I believe I would be an excellent flatmate because I value peace and order in my living space.

First, I have a very clean lifestyle. I follow a 'clean as you go' policy, especially in shared areas. You will never find me leaving dishes in the sink, and I take proactive responsibility for keeping our apartment tidy.

Second, I have an early-to-bed and early-to-rise routine (usually asleep by 10PM and up before 7AM). I'm a Language Academy Student and I go to school every morning. This means I am very respectful of quiet hours and will never cause late-night noise or disruption.

Finally, while I am naturally a very positive and energetic person—I love exercise and spend time outdoors—I prefer the home environment to be calm and peaceful. I bring positive energy without bringing disruption, making sure our shared space is relaxing and comfortable for both of us.
