Hey all. 51 year old Aussie bloke. Happily single - no kids in QLD - don't smoke - social drink. If your in Chevron, Budds or Main Beach then please get in touch as they are my ideal areas - even if your interested in teaming up to start a new place with someone in those areas. Secure long term professional job (18 years) Mon to Fri - usually gone by 630am. Lived on GC for 3 years now. During the week I'm and early to bed early to rise type. Don't really do sleep ins at any time tho. Have limited furniture - imagine 1 bedroom flat contents - had been in furnished unit in Broady until moving to where I am now in Palmy for family reasons. Don't have to bring my furniture - it can stay where it is if need be. Would prefer something that might be longer term and somewhere that's in a safe/secure environment. Have found - to my surprise - that I rather like living in a unit (and not a house) and feeling sort of being on holidays each day - that would probably amaze those that know me - so a unit environment is no big deal to me!! Male/Female sharer - no preference - however not looking to share with any more than 1 or 2 other MATURE adults who are not a couple as I don't think that would work for me (by mature I don't mean by age here - I think I get on with all ages). If you have children with you full or part time that's not a big deal - been there, done that and that's no big deal to me to live in that environment!! If you have a dog then even better as I miss mine :-( Very flexible with move dates - can stay where I am for any length of time. Only moving to be nearer to work and only looking to share as it seems very quiet in a home with just myself all the time. Need off street secure parking - that's a must - unless there is plenty of on street and you would consider that secure. Also internet is a must have - if you don't have it happy to chip in to help get that sorted if need be. Me - well I walk - a lot - I love to explore so that's me out and about most weekends. Very cliché I know but I do love the beach. Would love to live in a place with gym access as keen to get back into that - not practical atm sadly. Have always been the household cook - more than happy to prep some meals for more than just me - sometimes. Don't mind Netflix now and again but not really a movie watching type. I don't really know too many ppl on the GC so no worries about stay overs or ppl dropping in all the time with me! I don't do parties anymore, and if I did it would always be away from home if in a share situation - would like to think you would be the same unless we all happened to get on famously and it worked for us both. 100% not into dramas or people who seem to love everything always being one. All I am really looking for is a person who is looking for someone else to make a harmonious household - one that just works and doesn't sweat the small things in life and wants someone financially secure who pays up and cleans up. If your looking for someone to just lock themselves in their room when home in a household that does not interact with each other then I am certainly not going to be your guy.
I have been sharing for 10 years, I am just the right amount of social, tidy, contribute to the household. I'm excited to be living on the gold coast and meeting some new friends. I'm relocating from Sydney and will be looking to make a fresh start.
Aloha, I am moving to Gold Coast (from Hawaii) April 17th to begin my PhD at Griffith University. I love the ocean/beach and all animals. I also enjoy snorkeling, diving, photography, and traveling. I am looking for a quiet place to live. I would like to be able to come home and relax and be able to get additional things done for school, if needed. Which means, I will need internet. I would also like to get a good night's rest. I do enjoy wine nights, but going out every night is not my thing. I also do not do drugs and prefer to not be surrounded by them. I really would need a bathtub, it is one of my requirements. Seems weird, but I love bubble baths, and I also have underwater camera gear that needs to soak after being used. Since I will not have a car the first few months, I would also like to be close to the school, or close to transportation pickups/stations. I would like to test out the living situation for a few months, but if it is working out well, I can definitely stay longer, since I will be there at least 3 years.
I'm arriving from Valencia in Spain mid April and my intention is to stay 1 year in Gold Coast to study and maybe work partial time. I have a affable and easygoing personality and have passion for sports. I'm 37 years old and have been living in many different countries sharing flat most of my life. Most of my old flatmates are now very good friends now.
Hey peeps, I'm Ben. I'm a Mechanical Engineer working on the Gold Coast. I'm looking for a place to live but I'm also looking to make friends! I'm not pressed for time to find a sharehouse and I can pretty much move at anytime - currently crashing with a friend's family for now. A bit about me, I love to keep fit and exercise. I have just started Cross fit and I play Touch Football and Indoor Soccer. I've got a social personality and I'm pretty chilled kind of guy. I'm not a big party animal but I will definitely partake in a couple of beers for my social fix. I'm new to the gold Coast so I'm looking for housemates with similar interests. I've had some really great experiences with share houses with the right mix of people.
I have just secured Full time work in Southport last month and have recently moved from Wagga NSW. My current accommodation here is ending soon due to the owner relocating interstate so I am looking for a new place! I have a great rental history, have rented several places by myself and have always received all my bond back when vacating. I am an easygoing, fun loving person. Hobbies include dancing and music trivia. Love the beach and try to get to the gym 1-2 per week. I don't have a car currently so am looking at somewhere that is close to shops and easily accessible by public transport. Would prefer flatmates that are non-smokers, however smokers are ok only if they smoke outside. I like animals, especially cats, and would not mind if I had to share with them too! I am pretty independent but am always up for a good chat with my potential flatmates :) As I work full time I would leave in the early morning and return home in the early evening Mondays to Fridays and would be at home (or out and about enjoying my days off) on the weekends! I am willing to catch up to view the property before and to be able for you to get to know me more :) Looking forward to hearing from you :) Shameen

I spend my time at the gym and swimming at the pool. I have previously lived with flat mates for the last two years and was living in a boarding house for my time back during high school. I am a tidy person who will always clean up after myself. I am very fimiliar with the Gold Coast as my family and I have been travelling down here a fair bit over the years for vacations so I know my way around the place. Hi all! I'm looking for a short term lease just for 2 months to share a home with some fun, chill people who like to live life to the fullest. I'm from Finland, but I came here to do an exchange from Scotland where I study PR & Marketing. Music, hiking, eating & cooking good food, seeing the world and sharing some beers with good people are few of the things I enjoy. I'm tidy but not a neat freak. Like to be social but respect other people's privacy. If you have a place for me to call home, please give me a shout. Cheers! -Salla
Hey guyssss, I'm a very clean and tidy person who respect the others independently about your culture or where you’ve came from. Brazilian, non-smoker (but I don't have problems with who smokes), pet friendly, sociable, easygoing and always on time with bills/rent. I'm taking english classes at Southport and in my free time I enjoy chilling out, explore the beautiful Gold Coast, andddd (obviouslyyy) go to the beach!! ✌🏻✌🏻
My name is Matt. I am a 26 year old Sales Representative/Business Development Manager, currently looking to move from Sunshine Coast to Gold Coast for a change and new job with future career progression and looking for a 6 month shared rental situation. Thank you.
I am looking for a room or team up with people to rent a property, preferably a house so I have a place to leave my car whilst I'm away for work. I'm looking to find housemates that I can call friends rather than just renting a room in a house. A little about myself, I'm 27 years old, I work full time as a tradesman and sometimes am away for work interstate. I am a very easy going guy, I tend to get along with everyone, love a chat. I like keeping fit and being outdoors. Willing to pay up to $300/week. Also would like to be with people around my age group as well. I Have previous references and can provide bond if required
Hi!! We are Paula & Gonzalo (22,25) from Spain. We finished our university degrees back home and decided to travel to Australia and live here for a year working (work & holiday Visa) while enjoying the ocean, nature, good weather and surfing. We are looking for a house as close as possible to the beach or ocean views and would love to share with international people (practice english).
