I'm a 24-year-old law student with stable part-time employment.

I'm looking to share housing with responsible people on the quieter side so I can have peace to focus on my study, but I am a kind, warm and respectful individual who is open to socialisation with my housemate(s). I would rather not live near the CBD of Geelong, looking to live towards the outer suburbs. If I share with a non-driver, I'm happy to provide lifts to the nearest public transportation, or even into the city if it fits in with my schedule.

I would prefer a neat living environment, but as long as it's hygienic, I'm not too fussed. The only structural requirement I would prefer is an off-street safe parking space for my car.
