30 year old from San Diego on Work Holiday Visa
5 years living in shared living spaces and respectful of house rules, space, and property.
I know the importance of paying rent on time EVERY TIME.
I'm quite mellow & introverted so a quiet place to come home to is important to me
I take pride in maintaining a clean house and have no problem doing my share of the chores :)
In my free time I enjoy outdoor activities: hiking, longboarding, beach days etc.
