I'm looking for a self contained, 1 or 2 bedroom space, long term. I'm open to a sharehouse if the dynamic works and the home has enough space.

I'm 37yo, originally from Melbourne, moved up 2 years ago, full time Carpenter/Builder, I eat pretty clean, fluent in shared space and like a tidy home. I make a bit of art when I get the time and my trade skills are always available around the house.

I've lived in the Pocket, South Goldie and for the past year, Ocean Shores. The location suits well for work. References available.
