Hi there! My name is Jerald and I'm an international exchange student arriving in Perth this February and will be studying until June. I'm looking for a comfortable room in the Joondalup or Iluka area to call home, with a budget of $350-$400 per week (including bills).

I'm an active and easy-going person. I spend most of my time at the gym, playing table tennis, or exploring the great outdoors, partaking in wildlife photography, hiking, or exploring beaches, you name it! I also frequently meal prep to stay on track, so a kitchen with some fridge and pantry space would be hugely appreciated. I don’t smoke, and am not afraid of pets.
