Hi friends! I have been working full-time since, well, pretty much forever! But I need to cut back my hours & get some life balance. I have part-time care of two school aged children & we each have our own a kitty cat. I have been at my current rental property for about 3 years & it's a LOT of money for a 1 bedroom that I don't spend much time in because I'm always working! I am looking for a room that would fit bunk beds, in a home that doesn't mind well behaved (& 100% toilet trained!) cats, & is OK with when I have my kids. They are in school Monday to Friday & have after school activities & sports on weekends, so you won't see them much either! I am very neat & tidy, respectful, not cool or popular so won't party.
I'm diligent at household chores & more than happy to care for pets, gardens, children, etc.
I promise to pay rent on time & happy to answer any questions you might have, to see if we're a good fit.
