I have been at my current rental property for about 4 years but I am preparing to sublet it because I cannot afford the rent ($460/week). I am Christian, very neat, tidy, respectful and honest.
Income will always be consistent, I have gone from working full-time to casual and also receive centrelink.
I’m diligent at household chores, comfortable to help care for your pets, gardens, etc.
I promise to pay rent on time, pull my weight in maintaining the home, and happy to answer any questions you might have.
I have 2 cats that are litter trained, which I keep in the bathroom and change twice daily), one is playful and social, the other is a loner who mostly just sleeps! However, if pets are a deal breaker, I can organise to have them stay with friends.
I also have two school aged sons (9 & 10 years old) who primarily live with their dad but are in my care every second weekend, where we are out and about busy with their soccer, visiting friends and day trips, so I am hoping to find a rental that doesn't object to my children sleeping in my room with me sometimes. At the very most it would be 3 nights per fortnight.
Hoping to initially sign for 3 months, then if we are a good fit, extend to longer.
