Hey, I’m Liv and I work in retail/hospo. I’m someone who is open-minded, friendly and have a fun sense of humour (loves a meme). I get along with most people, especially down-to-earth types. I’m out of the house most of the time either at work or with friends and when I’m home, I can usually be found doing quiet activities like watching Netflix or listening to music on my headphones in my room, but I don’t mind mingling or going out occasionally with friends (or housemates if they’re up for it). I’m looking for a housemate(s) that are mature enough to keep the house tidy and keep the bills up to date but who are relaxed enough that I can have a laugh and a chat with.

Hey there! My name is Jake and I am looking for a lovely, LGBT+ friendly place! Recently moved back to the Campbelltown area from Katoomba after a relationship breakup and looking for a place to call home. I am very bubbly and love to maintain a neat, beautiful home. I love to experience all that is life and hopefully make new friends along the way!
Name is Reann’e, full time shift worker, do you will probably never see me- I’ll either be sleeping or working. But when you do see me I’m here to have a fun time as I’m easy going and loves to have a laugh. Neat and tidy and always will give a helping hand
I've been living with a lot of people for quite some time and am looking for something independent yet affordable for the remainder of my studies. I am not shy, but I do need my alone time. I like to keep my living space neat and tidy and eat healthy.
First and foremost, I have a 2 year old American Staffy (see my profile pic), so I'm looking for a fully fenced yard with a pet-friendly lease, and hoping to find a flatmate who loves dogs too. Even better if you have one of your own and the two of them get along so they can keep each other amused and wear each other out while we're at work/uni/etc. If you don't like dogs, please look elsewhere. Finding places that allow for dogs isn't easy, as you will know if you have a dog and have been searching, so I figure my best bet is to find someone to team up with and get our own lease. I have a good rental history and can get references Like most folks my age, I have a story to tell, but that would be much better told in person. Needless to say, I need a place to live, but cannot afford one on my own. I'm guessing that regardless of age, you are in a similar situation. I have very little in the way of furniture and appliances, and I mean VERY little... Like a couple of chests of draws, a car fridge and a caravan washing machine. Like I said, there's a story. I'm not really fussed about your age, race, colour, gender (or gender identity for that matter - I have several rellos and friends that are part of the LGBTQI community). All I care is that we get along ok, that you agree that dogs are the best people, you pay your rent on time and can cover your share of the bills when they come in. Oh, and no smokers please, legal ciggies or otherwise. I can't stand the smell of any of it. Obviously the same goes for drug users. Happy to share in a few drinks, as long as everyone stays in their happy place and doesn't get nasty. I will require use of a lock-up garage (for tinkering with cars and motorcycles), and am happy to split the rent in a way that reflects my usage of that space. I am not the greatest cook by any stretch, but I can whip up a decent spag-bol, soup, or curry. I'm pretty easy to get along with, like most genres of music and have about 300 CDs (although I'm not keen on opera or rap), enjoy catching a live band, love a good chat, but also happy to chill out with my dawg and catch up on lost sleep. I also have a pretty good collection of DVDs, but alas, no TV. Ideally, I'm looking for a 3 bedroom place, to share with one other person, keeping the 3rd bedroom as a spare for guests. If we find a 4 bedroom place, then I guess depending on the rent, we discuss whether to bring in a 3rd person, or use the room as a study or games room. Cross that bridge if and when we come to it. Happy to share with a uni student that might be living away from home and wanting a place where he or she can focus on their studies rather than sharing with other students in a party-house environment. If that does sound like you but you have concerns about moving in with some random bloke who's around your parents' age, I'm an active volunteer firefighter in a local RFS brigade, and as such have undergone police checks as required by the RFS, and I also have a current Working With Children Check and am happy to hand over the number for you to check via the kid's guardian website. Well, I think that just about covers everything. Anything else, I'm only too happy to discuss. I'd much rather lay everything on the table now, than find out weeks after signing a lease that it's a hopeless mis-match. If you think we might gel, hit me up. If not, thanks for reading this far, and I wish you the very best of luck in finding a suitable place.
