My current housemate Joel and I are looking for a new place as our lease is expiring soon.

Joel (27) is a financial advisor full time and I (Patrick, 26) am about to start my career as a chiropractor in December.

We are very chill housemates, very tidy environment and have lived together for 2 years with no issues. We are both going to be working full time, so not really home during the week - on weekends we are relatively social, love going to the coast for a coffee or a beer, but otherwise keep to ourselves a bit.

Would be interested in discussing more if you think we could be a good fit for both the rooms available.
