Hi, I’m Sammy — a music tutor who teaches part-time at Kolbe Catholic College and runs a small home studio called Little Keys Piano Studio.

I’m looking for a calm, friendly home base. My eight-year-old daughter Freya will stay with me a few days each week — she’s thoughtful, polite, and usually busy with school or creative projects. On the weekends we’re often out exploring or catching up with friends, so the house stays pretty quiet when we’re around.

I’m clean, considerate, and used to shared spaces. I like a relaxed environment where everyone does their own thing but can have an easy chat. No pets — just me (and occasionally Freya).

I’d love to find a place that feels steady and comfortable, where we all respect each other’s space and routines.
