Hi, I'm a disability support worker looking for a quiet, stable long-term home around the Perth Hills or surrounding areas. I've been continuously employed for more than four years and have an excellent rental history with references available.
Ideally I'd love a self-contained granny flat, studio or similar private space, but I'm open to a suitable room or other arrangement where there's a good fit.
I'm a non-smoker, quiet, respectful and tidy, and tend to enjoy a peaceful home environment. Outside work I enjoy reading, music, nature and animals.
I have one lovely 8-year-old cat who is friendly, gentle and well behaved, so I'm looking for somewhere she can come with me.
Budget up to $350/week and available to move promptly for the right place.
