Hi, I'm a 60 year old, single, straight female, no dependents, looking for shared rental accommodation to $250/wk including bills, preferably long term.

Ideally I'd like to share with other clean, tidy, respectful women around my age, however, I'm open to a conversation if you think I could be a good fit in your household.

I have my own vehicle.
I rarely drink, but if I do, it might be a very watered down glass of wine or whiskey, maybe an alcohol free beer.
Absolutely no drugs!!

I have a beautiful, lazy, shy indoor cat who rarely meows. She spends most of her time sleeping on my bed. I have carpet rugs for her to sharpen her claws on. She doesn't shred furniture.

I love animals, and being in nature.

I enjoy cycling, walking, hiking.
I have 2 bicycles so would need storage space.
I enjoy sewing, crochet and other hand crafts and gardening.
I also enjoy gardening and fixing things.

I'm respectful, kind and considerate.
I love to laugh and have fun.
I value my alone time and space, and also enjoy the company of others.

I'm motivated but have to remind myself I can't do as much as I used to.
