Hello! I’m going to be a student at Newcastle University starting in 2026, and I’m looking for a clean, well-maintained living space with a flatmate who values mutual respect and follows house rules. Cleanliness is really important to me, so I prefer to live in a place where we can keep everything tidy and organized. I believe in being considerate, so I’d love to share an environment where we clean up after ourselves (like washing dishes immediately after use) and maintain a clean bathroom.
I’m particularly sensitive to insects and would appreciate it if we could keep the living space free of them. I think it’s essential to follow shared rules and create a peaceful living atmosphere for everyone.
I also enjoy exploring different cultures and activities. I love visiting museums and galleries (more relaxed, calm activities), but I also enjoy dynamic activities like surfing. Since Newcastle is known for its beautiful beaches, I’m excited about the possibility of learning how to surf and enjoying the sea as much as possible.
For added comfort and privacy, I’d prefer that each bedroom has its own lock to ensure a safe and personal space for everyone.
Since I don’t own a car, I’d prefer a place that’s easily accessible by public transport or within walking distance to the university. As I’m currently not in Newcastle, I’d also appreciate the option of online viewings or virtual meetings to help me find the right place.
