I'm a 32-year-old guy working in health sector as permanent part time .
I like to keep my space clean and tidy . I do prep my whole week food once. Same with laundry once a week .
I do not bring visitors nor party person . I am mostly at gym,swimming or gone out for running on my free time . Have good rental history and can provide if needed . Most places i have stayed is minimum a year time . I do not drink but I socialise with housemates .
