Early 30s professional relocating to Adelaide for a new job based near Flinders University. I’m seeking a likeminded, female professional to team up for a modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house/town house rental in the South - Marion/Oaklands Park/Warradale/Tonsley area, that is well serviced by public transport. I’d be looking to sign for a 12 month lease by late December or in early January. My budget is around $350-$375 per week.

I have lived in share houses for around 10 years and am seeking a female flatmate of similar age who also has previous experience in shared accommodation.
I really value a clean and tidy home environment where all flatmates chip in. I’m considerate and value my own space but always down for a chat, coffee, glass of wine or to grab dinner somewhere.

In terms of communal furniture, I am moving with living room furniture and kitchen stuff, including a fridge.

In my spare time I love going to the gym, Pilates and yoga. l enjoy cooking, coffee, going for walks and checking out weekend markets. As I’ll be new to the city I’ll be keen to go out exploring.
