I'm a 48-year-old woman returning to cairns for approximately 3 months give or take to see family- New grandbaby on the way!

I have casual ( this may vary from 20-40 hours a week) christmas work organised and my own car.

I like to spend my free time with a balance of healthy outdoor or relaxed quiet indoor activities.... or of course visiting family.

Please no share houses with young party people, I like my home base to be a sanctuary.

I keep myself well occupied with hiking, yoga, reading, writing, swimming, paddle boarding, fishing, and cooking healthy meals. I do love to cart some plants / potted herbs around with me too - I am more than happy to contribute time in the garden and cleaning common areas. I like to clean my environment daily rather than letting things pile up.

I prefer the peaceful vibes of a little studio or similar. I dont need a big kitchen. I am clean and tidy and I go to bed early. Non-smoker with no pets.

I often do house-sitting to explore our beautiful country on a budget. And if i pick up an appropriate house sit i would like the flexibility to give notice and move onto that. I have plenty of savings for a bond and I am ready to move in now. I am currently staying with the adult child and his fiance in Port Douglas- I have work in Cairns ready to commence immediately.

If you have something peaceful and not too crowded I would love to hear from you. My budget is around $300 a week.
