I'm a 28-year-old woman who works full time & am a fully qualified nail tech with a home business - I am willing to rent an private business studio to continue my business if the owner isn’t comfortable with me running it from home. I enjoy gaming, music, reading, watching movies, and hiking. My house is clean, well-kept, and relaxed - the perfect retreat for my introverted nature. I don't own pets but have a nearly 3 year old who is very sweet and funny. I work through the week and am usually out on the weekends with family but if I am at home I’m normally having a movie marathon or reading in bed when my son is at his dad’s. Ideally I would love a granny flat or separate space for us but am also open to 2 rooms. If there is another mum or woman looking to team up for a new property, I’m also open to that. My rental history is immaculate
