Hi! I’m looking for a place to stay in the Parramatta city area, ideally within easy walking distance to the train station and Westfield. I’m clean, quiet, and friendly — I enjoy good chats but also really appreciate peaceful silence and giving people their space.

I’m hoping to find a private bedroom in a comfortable, well-kept home. I sometimes work late, so I’m looking for housemates who are okay with me coming and going at odd hours, but I’m always respectful and mindful of noise.

I’m currently a student at Western Sydney University studying International Relations, so I spend a lot of time between classes, work, and study. I’d love to live with someone who values a relaxed, considerate, and easygoing household.
