I am a software engineer from India. recently moved to Sydney. am a clean, easygoing non-smoker with a healthy respect for personal space. mostly lazy during the weekends but won't say no to a social or outdoor event. after all, what's the point of living in one of the coolest cities in the world if you don't go out & experience it, right ?
Im a Chinese stu in USYD(Camperdown) who is doing master. I need a single furnished room with a large wardrobe. Im tidy, quiet so now worries about hygiene and bringing other people home.and most important thing is that I hate cockroaches, so best living in an apartment or a house with pest control. any house takes 30min to uni by bus or train is welcome! plus: I am a easygoing and chatty wanderlust. loving hiking and fitness! Also I want to live in a place within 10 minutes walking distance to train station. ps: i have a car, so 24 hours free parking area is required .
I’m from a very small rural town in NSW, born and raised in the country but never really fitted in the country lifestyle, my heart longs for the city, I definitely see myself settling and living a city life. I’m Indigenous Australian. I’m very friendly and very loyal, can also be very candid. I’m a HUGE dog lover, as I don’t have a dog atm I do intend on having one in the future, so a roommate/s who can handle/ don’t mind being around a dog constantly, also who doesn’t have allergies, as I do intend having the dog being inside. I’m quite clean, I like my personal space, I’m abit of a hermit as I’m very introverted. I do love my alcohol. Television is everything to me. I’m a fashion freak. Independent but isn’t afraid ask for help if needed. So if I’m that roommate for you, HMU, and let’s talk business. P.s I do identify as Gay, so LGBT+ friendly is essential.
Hiya! I'm a PhD candidate at WSU at the Institute for Culture and Society, moved here 6 weeks ago from Vancouver Canada, but originally from the UK. Currently living in Rydalmere and just finding it too isolated, I'd like to move to Parramatta or one of the Inner West suburbs. ***I am looking for a home no more than 10 minutes walk from a train station on the central line*** I'm looking for a BRIGHT, CLEAN, FURNISHED room in a shared apartment or house with other young working professionals who are clean, friendly, and a good mix of sociable and respectful of privacy. Happy to enjoy a cuppa or a glass of wine together on occasion, and also happy to do my own thing. Be great to live with others who try to live an ecological lifestyle but are also laid back and not dogmatic... About me: Easygoing, respectful, clean, sociable, positive attitude, communicative. Healthy but not a health nut :P I love to bike, hike, yoga, enjoy good food, cooking, traveling, reading, going to events, music, talks. Hope to hear from you. Cheers, Anisah
We are a couple currently studying and working part time and are looking for a place near WSU. Ty is a health food retail assistant and Cleo is a music teacher. We love the occasional adventure, bouldering, camping, hiking, etc. We have experience pet- and house-sitting and can provide references if necessary. Ty likes cooking and trying new recipes and is happy to give flatmates a taste. He is tidy and friendly and not too afraid to clean the bathroom or do bin runs! He is also studying nursing and is happy to patch you up free of charge should the need arise. Cleo likes to study at home with a cup of tea, so is usually around to socialise or help with chores. She is patient and very good with kids (and tired grownups). Please message us ONLY with offers within Parramatta cbd.

(Updated 18/04/18) Hi All My name is Wayne, and I'm looking for a room to rent. I'm a full time professional and have just taken my second contract in Sydney working for the government. I have a family but they are based in Brisbane QLD, so I travel back home most weekends. (Sort of like a FIFO arrangement) so you will not have me at the house in Sydney most weekends (unless I’m working). I'm quiet, respectful, happy to have a chat and a drink, also happy to be in my own space. I'm looking for somewhere long term roughly the Parramatta area, close to work (I work in Clyde) but I have a vehicle so would prefer off street parking. I would also like walking distance to a train station. (location has been updated) Would prefer a furnished place (double bed min) with internet and bills included and some sort of air conditioning in the place. (If possible, not a deal breaker). Don't want a party house and would prefer to share with just one or two people max. Would prefer own bathroom but am pretty tidy so not a deal breaker. I'm a no fuss, respectable, laid back guy, rent will be paid on time, always up to cook a BBQ! Looking to spend no more than 250/week if possible but happy to look at all options. I’m not new to working away from home, or flate sharing. I know the drill.
We are both very easy to get along with, and respectful of others privacy. I enjoy cleaning and am home proud. I also enjoy cooking and gardening. Brad my partner is a mechanic and I'm a ex hairdresser but currently work in retail. We both like socializing but are way beyond the party scene. At the end of the day we both just need somewhere that we can come home to where we can relax and enjoy each others company.
