I’m 31 years old and I work in Cyber Security. I WFH usually max once a week.

I'm looking for a medium to largish room, at the absolute minimum 3x3m, but prefer closer to 4m, but I'm flexible.

I'm a cheerful and positive person who likes to stay active, always learn, listen to music, and to live a very healthy lifestyle, in body and mind. I can be very talkative and extroverted and sometimes incredibly reserved and quiet. I like to workout (gym, combat sports), play chess, listen to music, and to learn stuff on YouTube. I'm also interested in military/defence and national security related things. I've also got a bunch of kettlebells (8kg - 28kg), which I often use at home, which you'd also be welcome to use.

Looking for mature people who want a clean and harmonious living environment. I wouldn't mind making friends with my housemates, but if you want to keep to yourself that's fine by me.

Don't want to live with more than 2 other people maximum, but preferably just one person. I work in lane cove, and I drive to work, so a car space is required in addition to being positioned not too far from the M2. Bonus points if there is a train station within 15m walk or so. Open to different areas.
