I’m 31 years old and I work in Cyber Security. I WFH twice per week.

I'm looking for a medium to largish room, at the absolute minimum 3x3m, but prefer closer to 4m, but I'm flexible.

I'm a cheerful person who likes to learn and workout - I'm into MMA, yoga and meditation. I'm also quite passionate about geopolitics and investing. I like to live a healthy lifestyle and I have a regular routine.

I typically prefer to live with 2 other people or less. I need a house somewhat close to the M2, and not too far from a train station with parking.

Seeking a clean, peaceful, and harmonious living space with mature people. I like to have a chat, and to have some space.

I'm a clean and orderly person. I replace what needs to be replaced, clean up after myself, and don't leave my things lying around the shared areas more than is appropriate or necessary. People cleaning up after themselves in the kitchen is really important for me, nobody likes an unhygienic kitchen.
