I’m 31 years old and I work in Cyber Security. I WFH twice per week.

I'm looking for a medium to largish room, at the absolute minimum 3x3m, but prefer closer to 4m, but I'm flexible.

I'm a cheerful person who likes to learn, exercise, and nature. I like meditation and philosophy too.

I typically prefer to live with 2 other people or less. I need a house somewhat close to the M2, and not too far from a train station with parking.
