Looking to see what's available in the event that I need to move.

I’m 31 years old and I work in Cyber Security. I WFH twice per week. I like to chat, but also like to have my own space. I'm into exercise, health and wellness, learning stuff, and spending time on my computer and in nature.

I'm looking for a medium to largish room, at the absolute minimum 3.25x3.25m, but prefer closer to 4m, but I'm flexible.

I need a house somewhat close to the M2, and not too far from a train station with parking.

Seeking a clean, peaceful, and harmonious environment, with mature people. I like to have a chat, and to have some space. Wouldn't mind being friends with my housemates either.

I'm also into reading books, writing, and recently bought an electric guitar so gonna be practicing on that (low level obviously). Also like to listen to music, meditate, and do yoga.

I'm a clean and orderly person. I replace what needs to be replaced, clean up after myself, and don't leave my things lying around the shared areas more than is appropriate or necessary. I also like to keep a clean kitchen.
