Doctor from Northern Ireland, moving to Sydney in Jan and starting in Northern Beaches ICU in Feb.

Big into the outdoors - surfing, swimming, triathlon training, and exploring new places (particularly if there's good coffee / food involved)
Looking for a long-term place from January
Happy with a 2–4 week trial period. Ideally near Manly - sea views would be amazing.

I've loved living in long-term flatshares so far and really value a flat that feels like a home. Clean, cosy, with nice touches and people who take pride in the space. I really appreciate living in a tidy house, I clean after myself right away and I expect the same from others. I can provide references from previous flatmates.

Would be great to live with someone with a similar vibe - active, sociable, up for the odd dinner, BBQ or a few beers, but also happy doing their own thing.
Happy living with 1–3 others. Keen to find a place (and people!) I can settle in with for the year.
