Hey 👋

I'm Gemma, and I am 26years old. I have just returned back to Aus after 18months living and working abroad and relocating to Sunshine Coast in January 2026. I am looking for at least a 3 month lease, and if we get along and there are no dramas - extending!

I'll be working full time. When I'm not working, you'll find me at the beach or going out with friends. I love road trips and going camping/exploring so it would be rare I sit around the house. I'm pretty easy going and lived in a number of staff accomodation overseas, I am comfortable socialising with housemates but also understand everyone needs their down time.

I'm bubbly, clean, quiet, responsible and a non-smoker. I do have an indoor cat, who is very well behaved towards people but not other cats. Ideally I would love a place to bring her with me, but understand not all accomodations can accommodate pets. Therefore I can make other arrangements with family members so it is not a deal breaker on my end.

Ideally I am looking for flatmates that are friendly, clean, quiet and respectful of other people’s space, and a good communicator. Would love people who share the same hobbies!
