Hey! I'm Rylie, 25, originally from SA and now settled on the Sunshine Coast.

I work full-time in sales, surf whenever I can, and live pretty simply. I'm after a good house with good people to come home to.

I'm clean, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with. I've had plenty of share house experience so I know the drill; clean up after yourself, respect routines, don't be a pain.

I'm friendly and social but also very mindful of people's space.

One thing to flag upfront: I'm in a relationship and my girlfriend works up here periodically, we're talking a few weeks at a time, every couple of months. She's equally low-key and easy to have around. I'm happy to increase rent during her stays to keep things fair for everyone.

What I'm after: Somewhere tidy, calm, and low-drama. Doesn't need to be fancy, just good people and a relaxed vibe.
