Hey! I’m moving to the Sunshine Coast very soon and looking for a relaxed, tidy place around Maroochydore / Alex / Caloundra. I’m originally from SA and super keen for a fresh start and the lifestyle up there. I can move in as early as this weekend, but I’m totally flexible happy to work around your ideal date, or secure something over FaceTime if that makes things easier.

I’m 25, big into surfing and being outdoors, eat well, and generally keep a pretty balanced routine. My background is mostly in sales and hospo with some web design on the side, and I’ll be jumping straight back into full-time sales work when I get to QLD, so I’m out of the house most days. I’ve also got savings put aside, so no stress financially while I get settled.

Housemate vibe:
Clean, respectful, easy-going. I always tidy up after myself and keep shared spaces in good shape. I’m friendly and always up for a chat, but also totally chill with giving people space when they need it.

I’ve lived in plenty of shared places before, so I’m used to communicating well, being considerate, and keeping the home environment calm.

I’ll be going long-distance with my girlfriend, so I’m definitely not looking to bring any chaos home, just a nice, relaxed living situation with good people :)
