New circumstances, looking for my own space for at LEAST A MONTH. December 10th 2025 to at least January 10th 2026 Four to Six Months preferred.

I'm currently self funded, independent legal support and human rights advocate, currently needing to relocate back North for work.

I'm a caregiver and often busy. I'm quite and clean and a non smoker but don't mind sharing house with smokers nor do I mind pets or kids.

I'm ideally seeking a room furnished with my own bathroom space preferred.

Please only message me about anything if there is a lockable door on my space. This is vital due to past trauma. I'm not shy over my past but I am no longer able to negotiate on some security needs.

I'm needed back north unexpectedly, I'd appreciate swift, offers of clean, safe, and ideally my own little space of the house offers for at least a month.

Budget can't exceed $300 a week and only accept bills included. Can pay via bank or cash but request receipt to be signed to prove rent is paid if cash payment is the preferred method.

I'm currently working on a case and public petition, when I have down time I like movies, books, video games, hiking, the gym and writing.

Would be happy to discuss any good offers of a room or granny flat options available.
