Lauren

Hi, I'm Lauren, a 33-year-old woman who can usually be found curled up with a good book, cup of tea and a blanket, regardless of the weather! I'm purposefully child-free (though I love to spend time with my nieces) and enjoy living in a calm, quiet environment. I'm happy to have a chat or join in on movie/card game nights but mostly like to just do my own thing. I have a 17-year-old cat who is very skittish and tends to live under the bed when not on my lap so she is unlikely to get in anyone else's way.

When not curled up with a book, I really enjoy researching anything that catches my interest but especially psychology and mental health matters. My favourite thing to watch is transformation of any kind - extreme house cleaning or makeover videos, animal grooming or behaviour shows, and stories of people overcoming mental or physical issues or broadening their horizons in some way.
