Hi there, I'm Lucas!
I'm moving to Newcastle towards the new year. Im moving for work but more so for the Newcastle music and gig scene. I'll be employed full-time as a timber bridge carpenter and I'll be travelling constantly for work but I'll be back on some weekends. With that Iam looking to have my bills included for the room, just for the aspect that I won't be there mid week quite often! I'm a very clean and tidy person and take personal pride in looking after shared spaces and everything in them. I have a personal ute so I'll definitely need parking, even if it's street parking that will be fine.
