Stephanie and Xavier

Hi everyone. My name is Stephanie, and my boyfriend's name is Xavier. We are moving to the Gold Coast on the 21st of January and are looking for a long-term rental. I am 19 years old and Xavier is 20. I will be doing a musical theatre course in Upper Coomera at Dynamite Studios full-time, but I am looking for a part-time job now, and when I get there, I will continue looking. Xavier will be doing trading but will be looking for a part-time or full time job once we are there as well. We both are working full-time now, I'm in retail, and Xavier works for a mussel farming company. I have lived with flatmates before. I moved out when I was 16, so I am quite mature and know the ropes, while this is Xavier's first time moving out. We are both tidy, respectful and genuine people. We're going to try to buy a car once we're in the Gold Coast, so we're potentially looking for a place with parking nearby or on-site. We would love a room with an ensuite, keen for an apartment or a house. If there are any self-contained units/granny flats available, we would be interested in that too!
