Stephanie and Xavier

Hi everyone. My name is Stephanie, and my boyfriend's name is Xavier. We are moving from Nelson, New Zealand, to the Gold Coast in the middle of January next year. I am 19, Xavier is 20. We are looking for a place to live momentarily while we look for our own apartment. We will need a place first, so we can get a job, then from there, we can get approved for an apartment. We are open to finding a place for long-term stay as well, if it aligns well with what we are looking for, and works with you, of course. I will be doing a musical theatre course in Upper Coomera at Dynamite Studios full-time, but I am looking for a part-time job now, and when I get there, I will continue looking. Xavier will be doing trading and DJ-ing part-time, but will be looking for a part-time job once we are there as well. We both are working full-time now, I'm in retail, and Xavier works for a mussel farming company. I have lived with flatmates before. I moved out when I was 16, so I am quite mature and know the ropes, while this is Xavier's first time moving out. We are both tidy, respectful and genuine people. We're going to try to buy a car once we're in the Gold Coast, so we're potentially looking for a place with parking nearby or on-site. We would love a room with an ensuite, keen for an apartment or a house. If there are any self-contained units/granny flats available, we would be interested in that too! We only need a short-term rental. Unless we decide we are happy where we are, and it works out with your plans!
