I am looking for a private room with door lock in Adelaide, preferably close to the University of Adelaide or in the CBD. I am a 29-year-old male student who values a clean and quiet living environment.

I am a non-smoker and do not have pets or children. I am happy to share the bathroom, kitchen, and shower. I want to have my own section or shelf in the refregirator to keep my food.
My budget is $150–$250 per week for a single bed. I prefer a household with no pets (especially dogs) if they bark or come to me but a nice little pupppy in the room that makes no sound and harm is ok. Bringing friends over is allowed. No gay or trans people in the house. only straight people preferably.
