Elisa and Symon

We are Symon and Elisa, a young couple building a blended family and preparing for marriage early next year. We’ve lived together since June 2025 and have built a stable, respectful home environment grounded in reliability, communication, and care. We are actively seeking a whole property around Narre Warren and surrounding areas for a long-term lease, as that is our goal for stability and routine. Given the current rental crisis, we are also open to a shorter-term arrangement if the property is safe, comfortable, and suitable for our children’s needs while we continue working toward our own long-term home.

We share part-time care of two wonderful girls, both aged 3–3.5, who are the heart of our world. They are gentle, well-routined, and thrive in a calm, structured environment. Because of this, we are looking for a living situation with enough space for ourselves and a separate room for the girls’ beds and play area. Additional space would be ideal for future family planning, but not essential. Our priority is a secure, child-friendly home where they can gently settle and feel safe.

A little more about us:
• Symon has over 15 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and manufacturing. He is currently recovering from an injury and preparing to return to work. He is a gentleman who is considerate, and strongly values a clean, organised living space.
• Elisa has a background of five years in hospitality and three years in corporate and administrative roles. She is also a Monash University student currently on a brief study break due to recent family hardships. Both of us new/returning to the area and actively seeking local employment, we each bring a long history of consistent work and strong professional discipline.

As a household, we enjoy running, exercising, cooking, and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. We respect privacy, keep shared spaces clean, and communicate clearly and constructively. We take pride in being reliable, financially responsible tenants or housemates who look after a home as if it were our own.
