Hi, my name is Ishayat Anwar. I’m looking for a room to rent near Woolworths Ashwood (within walking distance) as I start my work shifts very early, usually between 4 am and 5 am, so being close by is important for me.

I’m a friendly, respectful, and tidy person who works part-time and studies IT at Victoria University. I keep a balanced and structured routine, am quiet at night, clean up after myself, and am very mindful of shared spaces.
