Hey everybody! I'm moving to Melbourne from NSW to study at Deakin University in 2020. I'll be commencing my course in Cyber Security and I'm very keen to find like minded people to move in with! Long-term roomates, Uni students preferably so we can connect more. LOOKING FOR TEAMUPS! I am a very clean person and very organised, so I'm looking for somebody that can clean up after themselves and help around the house at times. I always pay my bills before/when they're due and I'd love somebody that is the same in that regard. I love my personal space, but at times am I'd be open to having a few drinks and play Xbox with my new potential roommates! I may be shy to start off with, but once you get to know me (and maybe after a couple of drinks) I like to think of myself as quite outgoing and friendly! My hobbies include, playing PC/Xbox, travelling (mostly international), going out and socialising as well as staying in and enjoying a netflix binge watching session. I'd like a property with a place to park my car (on-street/off-street doesn't matter), furnishing is preferable, but can do without, this would mean i'd need help getting furniture! Can either go into a house with 2 or 3 people, or an apartment with 1-2 people. I'm looking forward to hearing from anybody as described, wanting to team up and find a house with :)
I am from Colombia I moved to Australia about 6 months ago and loved the country! I am very organized and always love having a clean house. Will always pay rent on time. I am quite and respects others personal space and also like getting to know people. Very open minded.
Hi there About Me: I am a polite, independent and an easygoing person who is working full time and respectful of other people's privacy in the house. During the week I work in the city, and during the weekends I like to catch-up with friends, go out for a movie or play tennis (weather dependant). I am looking for a respectful family home. Thanks, Khurram
My name is Bec and I'm 24. I work full-time at Monash. In my free time, I like to play tennis, hike, and fence. I'm pretty friendly, but also enjoy time to myself. I'm quite tidy, and am looking for a place that is pretty clean (particularly the kitchen!). I typically wake up between 7-9am and sleep 10pm-1am, but I'm not a particularly light sleeper. I'd prefer a place with natural lighting and a common area, though I don't need a TV. My move date is flexible. I'm ideally looking for a place that is $150-200/wk.
Hi there! I’m Sanjana, student at RMIT University. I spend most of my time in uni and am barely home except for the weekends. I clean up after myself especially in common areas owing to my OCD tendencies. I'm kinda introverted but wouldn’t mind hanging out sometime. I'm responsible, cooperative and can easily adjust to changes.
Hi, I’m Kai! I’m relaxed and I’m flexible around whether you want me to talk every night or keep to myself. I like a clean bathroom. If you need someone with muscles I got you - I’m handy to have around the house. Looking for a place with some people that I can get along with well. Please text if you’d like to contact me.
My name's Mira, I'm 21, born and raised Melbourne :D AND I come with 2 majestic creatures (indoor cats that are very cute and clean)! I'm an artist and graphic designer currently studying at Melbourne University. I also ride my bike a bit, and attempt to go on jogs (in my head). I'm not very good at cooking, but I am good at keeping a kitchen clean ;D. I'm really just looking for a house or group of people that do their dishes in reasonable time (i.e. don't pile them up for a week until someone else cleans them) and who also don't do wild parties and drugs. Also people who don't hate cats. Also just generally respectful people. Hmu if I sound cool to you~ I'm looking to move out by the end of the year*
I'm a Deakin student doing a double degree in Law/International Studies and work part time. I have a dog, Otto, who is 3, so I need a place with a backyard and people who are willing to live alongside a good boy. I am clean and look after my dog as if he was my own son. I work/study hard and spend a lot of time dedicated to those things. I'm relaxed and easy to get along with Otto is a German Shepherd cross Kelpie, is house trained, doesn't bark but will growl at strangers coming into the house, friendly with other animals and has never displayed any aggression. May get over excited at times but will listen when he is being told off. He will need an enclosed backyard so he cannot sneak away in the night. I'm more than happy to take the role of house gardener to clean up any mess Otto might make there. I enjoy a chat, I like to read, I spend most of my time studying, I can cook and I'm a vegan :) I'll be studying until the end of 2021 so I'd like to find a place I can be in until I finish
Hey there :) we are Jess and Tom, a couple moving to Melbourne 6 Jan 2020 to study at Deakin and Holmesglen respectively. Looking for teamups or to move into an established sharehouse, or if we get a place first, housemates! We have a shy but cuddly 6 year old cat and a super sweet 1 year old Husky x Border Collie dog, so we are looking to live with people who like animals and don't mind them inside the house. We're only really looking for a house - we need a backyard for the puppo, and besides that we're both outdoorsy and would feel too cooped up without a garden. We're both house-trained, reasonably clean and respectful of shared spaces. We'll also be moving over with a fridge, tv, hammock, vacuum, kitchen stuff if that helps :). We have our own bedroom furniture so require an unfurnished room.
Hi! I am Sancha a full time Social Worker (working Monday-Friday between 8-6 on most days). I am easy going and love keeping my space clean, tidy and well maintained. Love trying new social activities (always down to go to the night noodle markets or to the local cafes when friends are playing live music), baking, travelling, reading, watching movies and listening to music. Not a party animal but happy to have an occasional drink with friends. Love to socialise and hit the gym in my free time so rarely at home during the week.
