Hey guys! I'm putting together a teamup to find a sharehouse in the eastern or south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne; we're looking at places close to public transport (some close to train stations), with a garage (for my band to rehearse out of once a week, so might hear some catchy tunes here and there) and where everyone would be paying under $200/week.

In the group is Daisy (19F), who works in Ringwood East, and Emmerson (19F), a student at Deakin Burwood; we want to form a group that gets on well and has a good balance between being social/occasionally doing things together and being respectful of space, down time, etc. We've started applying for places recently and want to lock something in as soon as possible.

I have five years of rental experience (initially in Brisbane and for three years in Chadstone) and am a clean, reliable and organised housemate (I've almost always been the main contact and the person in charge of rent/bills/making sure everyone pays on time). I also have a long list of shared items/furniture (including furnishings for one other room) that I can contribute.

Overall, I'm a pretty sensible, friendly and easy-going guy (you might hear me play music/an instrument from time to time, but I try to keep it down), so pretty easy to live with. I'm a muso (bass, piano and dabble in guitar and drums) and play in my own band, and I'm a music, film and TV lover (big into Star Wars and Marvel in particular); also love the footy and tennis.
