I'm a easy-going german/polish student doing an internship here in Australia. I will work at CSIRO in Clayton, Melbourne. I will stay in Australia for a whole year (July 2018 - June 2019) and I'm looking for an accommodation not too far from Monash University / Clayton. The closer, the better. In Germany I have lived in dorms and shared flats for 6 years. I'm clean, calm, reliable, enjoy a relaxed atmosphere in good company and I'm not interested to cause you any trouble, I promise haha Don't hesitate to message me! Thanks!
My name is Stephanie, I have just moved down to Melbourne from Cairns to explore and broaden my horizons. As I have just landed I have been spending most of my time looking for work, however, I do enjoy reading, binging netflix and cooking ( I make a mean parmigiana). I am a bit of an introvert but do enjoy socialing as well. I am a clean person and tidy up after myself. I am happy to cook for myself or share the cooking. I have recently unexpectedly adopted a cat. His name is Kero and he is a very friendly boy who just loves to cuddle and get attention. I would love to bring him along with me but if that is not an option he is able to stay at his current home. I am a very easy going person and not looking for anything specific, just a place that is clean and a room for my own space.
I'm 19 yrs old and working part-time in hospitality and I'm doing BA Biomed @ Monash Clayton at the moment. I go to gym in my spare time so I'd be happy if anyone wants to hit the gym with me. I'm a quiet, trustworthy, tidy and very respectful of other peoples' privacy and i expect the same from the people who i share the house with. I spend most of my time studying and doing my business related stuff; so I'm quite a busy guy. I'm a bit in a hurry to move out from my current apartment, so please let me know if you're interested to team up with me or share a house!
Hi there :) I'm told I'm very calming to be around. What I bring to a household is someone who cleans up after themselves and respects other people's things. I'm looking for a place with one or two people. Someone who is very relaxed, self-aware, very considerate and easy to live with (like myself). I can be an introvert or an extrovert depending on who I'm around and the situation, but regardless, I'm very polite. I don't drink alcohol because for some reason my body has decided to become intolerant, but I'm fine with others drinking. If you are looking for someone who fits my description and offer a peaceful, welcoming home environment, I'd love to hear from you :) Price and location is negotiable, I've just put an estimate.
Hi, I'm Morgan (a.k.a Sienna); I'm 21! I'm originally from New Zealand so I have a funny hybrid accent. I've been in Melbourne since February because I wanted a change on scenery. I'm currently working two part-time jobs within the areas listed. I'm looking to move into a new place within the next couple of months! (Not in any rush yet) I'm a pretty flexible/reliable person, I enjoy a good conversation but can also keep to myself. I'm clean and tidy and am always happy to help you with anything you need. I'm easy to talk to about anything and everything. When I'm home, I love to cook, I play computer games sometimes, I like being outside relaxing or practicing my Taekwon-do & Karate. I don't really watch TV much, I listen to music through headphones so you won't be disturbed by it.
Hey there! I'm looking for a place close to the city - an area that is in walking distance to a train station/train stop into the city is preferred. Currently situated in Mount Waverley and would like to stay around this area. I am a full time student and working part time on the weekends at the moment. I am a very clean and organised room mate, always clean up after myself, etc. For fun, I love to keep fit and stay healthy, but I don't mind a bev every now and then! I'm super into the outdoors, discovering new, cool places and just living a fun lifestyle. I'm quite a reserved person, but am super friendly and always up for a chat. :)
Hi there this is Kelly from Korea. I am a friendly person who likes meeting new people and hanging out. I like keeping my area clean, and respect others' privacy. Currently looking for a room for myself or room for me and my friend. If there's two separate room in a place that would be awesome.
Female, 22, Full-time worker. I am a reserved person but am up for a chat most of the time. I am full of banter and have such great energy and love to make new friends. I enjoy movie nights with my girlfriends, going out on weekends (sometimes) but also like to relax in my room and binge watch tv shows :) I clean up after myself and I do respect people's privacy too. I am looking for a place and housemates that are pretty relaxed and respectful, but also have great sense of humour and would get along with my mates as well. Preferably same age group early to mid 20's.
tidy and easy going, friendly, love people, and respect each others privacy. I have traveled quite a fair bit around Australia, and love art and culture. Seeking a place to stay preferably near Melbourne City or up to 30mins travelling time away from the city. Would love to hear from my future housemate! :)
Hi guys, My name's Trang, and I work full-time in healthcare sector at 2 different clinics and ideally would like to find somewhere in between. I'm pretty easy going and get along well with everyone, clean and responsible as I have lived in shared house before. Love watching Friends, enjoy running and travelling :) I'm looking for a room but also interested in teaming up. Hoping to find somewhere long term. If you have any questions let me know. Cheers
Hi I am a Business Analyst, work in CBD and usually finish work around 6 pm. I am friendly, helpful and polite, and have a good sense of humor. I am a quite person, not noisy and I respect other people's privacy that are present in the house. I cook as well and overall a good house mate. Thanks
Hi I'm Al. Spanish native speaker, 38 years old, working full time as Engineer. I'm patient, relaxed, tidy and very easy going. I enjoy running, doing some exercise and have to study during the weekend. I'm looking for a quiet place to stay and study for three months (minimum). A location within 1 hour traffic (on car) from/to Notting Hill is acceptable for me.
Hi I am studying Master's program at Monash University. I am a very tidy person, down-to-earth, quiet and spontaneous person. I do not smoke nor I have any pets. I would like a lively, quiet, clean and funhouse to live in with easy going housemates and like minded students or people. I am also open for teaming up with you and look or move into a new house. I am also flexible with the duration of the stay and move in dates.
Hello Am moving to Melbourne next month with my little quiet dog. Seeking a flat or shared home with one other person any suburb near p/ transport Please msg if you can help
Hello potential housemate(s), My lease in Narre Warren is ending soon, so I need a room to stay until I graduate this end of year (and if my new whatever visa application is granted, then I'll be able to extend my lease, but I'm still not sure at this stage). My current place is very far from everything I like even with a car, hence why I'd appreciate moving to somewhere more convenient or at least closer to my uni (can you believe I have to drive an hour everyday to uni or 2.5 hours in peak hour traffic? heh). Below is what I'm looking for and a bit about me! Looking for: - Something in south east Melbourne, or north (closer to RMIT Bundoora campus)... E.g. Glen Waverley, Epping, South Morang, Dandenong or anything in between CBD and these suburbs. Oh I wouldn't mind mountain area too! - Ideally houses sharing with the lesser people the better... But I also understand you get what you pay for... So I'll just put my wish out there for someone awesome to come forward :) - IDEALLY less than or around 150 per week with all bills included, but will consider shared bills based on price of the house! - Furnishing can be flexible as I have my own (I have everything, including 4 seater glass dining table + chairs, white goods, kitchen utensils, sofa, TV, TV stand, 2 sets of bedroom furniture.. If not needed tho, I can always sell some) - Don't mind teaming up with others for a new house. Don't mind sharing with nice clean and respectful guys and/or girls. About me: I'm from Taiwan, a beautiful and friendly country famous for our awesome street food. Just like most of the Taiwanese, I'm friendly, open minded and respectful... And I also love great food and awesome milk tea! I seldom cook cuz I'm lazy enough I'd order home delivery meals most days and use the plastic cutlery provided so I don't need to wash the dishes, but I'm never too lazy to clean up after myself and keep my place clean, neat and tidy. I love my house to be neat and tidy especially around kitchen and bathroom area, I clean up after myself every time, but I understand sometimes people get tired and just want to leave things til later for a bit. I have a car and all my furniture (used to rent an unfurnished apartment on my own) so I am quite flexible with options. I'm currently in my last semester (hopefully) of Graduate Diploma in early childhood teaching at RMIT Bundoora. Only have classes on Tuesdays throughout the semester, and Fridays as well for the first 5 weeks only. But between mid August and early October, I have full time placement to go to and assignments to submit at the same time, so I'll be fairly busy. I am not a party person nor am I a smoker. At night or during weekends, I'll either be watching netflix, spending time with my friends, or doing assignments. During weekdays, I'll be at uni, or doing work placement. And if I still have energy working part time, I'll be doing that too. I respect personal space and privacy, and I'd expect my housemate(s) to value this as well. I'm always up for some chit-chat if you feel like sharing/talking, but I also value some quiet time in my own room. Oh did I mention I love dogs and cats and I'd be loving them with all my heart if I ever get lucky to live with one/them? If you've got anything you think might suit me, message me anytime, worst I'll say is no :) Hope to hear from you soon! Regards, Nancy.
Hi! I'm Tash, a 27 year old full time working professional, working monday to fridays. I am a non smoker and love animals. I am a creature of habit during the week, occupying myself with gym , cooking and early nights. On weekends i usually head out with friends or go on getaways! I am very friendly and bubbly and enjoy a good chat or movie! I like to keep my belongings and surroundings clean and in order as i'm usually busy and it keeps me organised. I have an easy going nature and just enjoy the fun things in life :)
I'm looking for an accommodation ideally, but not necessarily, near Monash University (Clayton campus). I'm originally from Thailand, but I've spent much of my teenage and early adult years abroad. I've lived in Melbourne for two years--recently completing my master's degree from Monash. I also intend to continue working as a Teaching Associate there for at least one additional semester. I'm easy going and very respectful of other people; and I have always paid rent on time. I'm also pretty neat, and I consistently keep shared spaces clean and tidy. I've lived both with people who mostly kept to themselves and those who liked to do activities with their flatmates--and I'm really okay with either. In my free time, I like going to the gym, playing racket sports, and watching movies or TV series.
Hi there! My name is Lavi and I'm a 23 year old, Sri Lankan, working professional female. I am looking for shared accommodation in BURWOOD, BLACKBURN, CHADSTONE, GLEN WAVERLY OR MOUNT WAVERLY in either a house or flat. I'm clean, tidy, easy going, a non-smoker, respectful of people's boundaries but also very much down to chat, cook together, drink and socialise. I've been living by myself for the past 4 years and since it gets lonely, I'm looking to share this time around and meet some interesting people. Only seeking ALL FEMALE accommodation, not too many housemates, preferably with ladies in my age group and south asian but the last two are not compulsory. I rely on PUBLIC TRANSPORT to get to work so the flat/house must be accessible by bus or tram 75. I'm looking to pay about $140-$155 pw for a FURNISHED room and hope my housemates will be considerate about shared bills by not spending too much electricity. Hope to hear from you soon if your accommodation sounds like a suitable place for me to rent. Hopeful to move ASAP. Have a great day! (:
Hey all, I'm a 22 y.o Monash student (eng/comm) looking for a place closer to uni and work. I've lived in a few share houses and know the drill. I am pretty relaxed about the living conditions up to a reasonable point (although prefer the tidier side) and usually up for some late night "talks".
I’m friendly and I mind my own business. I work full-time and I’m mostly out during the weekends.
I am an chill and relax guy who is either working or studying. I love to party but that’s occasionally. I like to keep my place clean whether it’s my car or my room.
