I’m clean, considerate and friendly and a homebody at best. I work shift work 5-7 days a week. Feel free to message me with any questions about myself and I am willing to answer :) looking for somewhere ASAP or in the near future. Happy to socialise or share a meal as I love to cook! But I am also respectful of others privacy so which ever is preferred Is okay with me! ☺️
My name is Cam and I am studying at Monash University. I am a very tidy person, down-to-earth, quiet, spontaneous and a non-party person. I do not smoke nor I have any pets. I can also consider short term accommodation. I am also open for teaming up with you and look or move into a new house. Also flexible with the duration and moving in dates.
I am a 20 year old student moving from Canberra for a nursing degree at Monash starting in July. I can be a little quiet to start with, but once I get settled in and feel comfortable I'm generally easy-going. I like to keep my room and my house tidy, and more than happy to help out to keep things clean. I enjoy travelling and exploring new places, which makes me excited to move, but I'm also just as happy to spend the night in relaxing.
I have been doing share accommodation for the past 15 years, so I am well used to living and sharing with other people. The owner of the house I am currently staying at has got a new job in Canberra, so he wants to rent out the entire house while living and working in Canberra, so I need to find a new home as soon as possible. I am a non-smoker, so I do not want to live with any smokers. Just need an unfurnished bedroom and space to set up my computer desk and TV + I also need additional storage space outside of the house for all of my other belongings, being my fridge, washing machine, bike + a few boxes, so a garage or water-proof shed is required for everything that I do not need inside my room and the house, being restricted to only my queen size bed and my 55" TV and TV stand, which I do not want in my bedroom. My computer desk can stay in my room if it is big enough to also fit my queen size bed. I do not require a furnished bedroom, due to already owning everything that goes into my room. I am a courier / delivery driver, but after doing this job for more than 13 years now, I would like to change into a different industry. I only have a station wagon, so no van or truck, so I do not require much space to park my car, preferably off-street. I'm a pretty quite living guy, so no loud playing of music etc.. and I go elsewhere to visit friends / family, they will not visit me at your place. I would prefer to live with only one other flatmate, so being with the owner of the house such as I am doing currently would be preferable than being in a mass share house that is being rented. I will look after your property very well and will always keep everything neat and tidy and I always clean up after myself. If everything is good for both of us I would like to move in immediately as the owner of my current residence starts his new interstate job very soon, so I need to find a new home urgently. I currently pay a total of $150 pw incl of all bills, so my total rent budget incl all bills is max $150 per week only. So give me a phone call or send me a message here so we can arrange a time to meet and get to know each other. I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi everyone, here a little bit info about myself. I am Rara, originally from Indonesia. I was studying at Monash Uni, Clayton Campus and just graduated last month. Since I am now working, I am looking for safe and reliable accommodation which preferably close from work. I work as a chef assistant for Pentana Solutions where its corporate headquarters in Melbourne. I am sociable and keen to make friends with anyone but would also to keep my own space. I enjoy chatting random stuffs with friends, chilling out for a movie or some coffee and I also enjoy watching Netflix when I am at home. I would love to share the house with someone clean, tidy, non-smokers, the one who is cooperative and responsible for taking care of the house. The reason why I am great to live with is I am well organised and tidy and I can cook delicious meals, plus I can teach you some traditional Indonesian food too. look forward to hearing from you :)
Hi potential flatmate. I'm Erin and I am 33. I have a creative design background and have studied many things including photography, marketing and fashion design. I like to do little projects to keep active. My interests are in sustainable fashion & design, art, history, photography, current affairs and various TV shows and movies. Currently unemployed due to health reasons, but I am on the disability support pension, so I have a very reliable income. I live independently and do not need any assistance. I always prioritise paying rent and bills on time. I also have a rental history. I am always working on improving my health and have a pretty clean lifestyle. I am a clean person and contain any mess I have to my bedroom. I am a sociable, friendly and bubbly and generally happy person. Always up for a chat over a cuppa; D&M, current affairs or just something funny or silly. But do respect personal space and the need for down time and recharging too. I have recently been exploring meditation and Buddhist principles to improving health and well-being. I do have little quirks like my obsessive nature of stacking a dishwasher, and collecting and recycling soft plastics (Redcycle) and composting kitchen scraps. I do like to be a conscious consumer where I can. I'm looking for a home not just a place to sleep or exist. I would love to meet people to make a great flatmate family and be an environment of growth and harmony. Interested in team ups too.
Hi there. I'm Dave and I'm a part time student with part time work. I'm easy going and generally a quiet and tidy person. I'm really into sport and I do athletics locally. My budget would be about $140 for rent. Looking to move in at any time.
Hey! Looking for team ups My name is Lisa and I am a make up artist and I am an apprentice at a Salon at the moment so I pretty much work full time-ish. I’m bubbly, I have great personality, and I laugh heaps. I’ve never caused dramas or anything, always been there for my friends and my friends call me the “mum” of the group. I’m non smoker and non drinker. I don’t mind to drink here and there but that’s on an occasion e.g. parties, functions etc but never to the point I’m throwing up, I’ve never been drunk! So I’m a responsible drinker. I don’t mind if you have pets, I love dogs! Cats I’m a little allergic to. Looking to move mid July, so if you would like to team up that would be great. 4 people would be perfect. Looking for modern, decent house as well! I will be leasing a property soon, so if you want to join me please message me so I can ensure that people will 100% be living there when I lease it. Mount Waverley&Glen Waverley area ONLY, I have work and I don’t drive, public transport is my only option so it has to be close. Can’t wait to hear from future housemates x
I'm currently doing my Masters and working part time, so quite busy. I'd like to think I'm pretty easy going, always up for a chat and a hang. Not a big party person but enjoy a casual bev with mates :) I'm a pretty clean and respectful person so I'll always clean up after myself and help out around the place. Move in date (before 1st august) and length of stay is flexible
From mid August 2018 I am looking for 12-16 month, comfortable, clean fully furnished accommodation. Would definitely request my own bathroom. Happy to bring my own bed and general room furniture, however no house-hold items. My current home will be pulled down and rebuild which will take up to 16 month. I am a mature widowed female, Easy going, very good humored, however I like a clean and tidy warm/cool house. Will let you do your thing, I will do mine, quite often away for weekends, Don't mind a dog or a cat, providing they are clean and obedient if a dog.
Hello! I am a 23yo university student looking for a new home, as I'm just finishing up 5 months overseas. I'm at uni 3 days a week (Monash Clayton), and work 20-30 hours (a pub in Ringwood) on top of that, so I'm pretty in-and-out of the house. I'm looking for a place in between these two locations, so please don't message me if you're in Dandenong, Templestowe etc! When I am home, I generally spend my time sleeping, watching Netflix, and cooking. Whilst I do like a bit of space and quiet to do assignments, I also want a place where housemates socialise and get along. I prefer a clean up after yourself approach to living, but am open to roster systems if they're established and working. I've lived in sharehouses for 4 years now so am pretty used to how things flow. I have a pet reptile (which means he is in a tank 24/7 so no risk of house damage) named Koda, he is 4yo, super friendly, and loves an occasional cuddle. I arrive back in Melbourne on the 11th July, and am looking to move ASAP after that. Max budget is $600/mth excluding bills, or around $700 inclusive. If it sounds like I could be a good fit, send me a message and we can go from there!
I'm quiet, clean and considerate as a person and housemate, I am an introvert and like to stay to myself and always clean up after doing the cooking, laundry etc so i am not noticed around the house much. Most of my hobbies are online such as sports forums, youtube, chats with friends and I enjoy doing the weekly shopping and cooking for myself and keeping organised. I am retired early (I look young for my age) and have the appropriate savings/investments which means I am reliable with payments.
Hi! I am looking for a new share-house to call home. I'm studying cooking and would love to share my knowledge with housemates, as well as test out my cooking skills with you! I have previously completed study in musical theatre and have been working in hospitality for 4 years. My hobbies include singing (within reasonable hours & quietly as to not disturb my housemates), playing football and gaming. I'm looking for a chill household with friendly people. I'm respectful of other people's space and privacy and will always be tidy in communal areas. I will of course pay rent in advance for the first month upfront as well as bond. AND if the house needs a new fridge/washing machine/dryer/microwave/toaster/etc I'll buy a new one when I move in as my contribution to the house. Look forward to hearing from you.
Hello all! My name is Lucía and I'm an exchange student from Spain that will be studying at Monash for a year. I'm looking forward to exploring all the different parts (and food) of Australia so if you already know of places, or would enjoy to join me I would love it! I enjoy spending time with Friends, having a nice chat or going out. I respect others and give them space to be with themselves, but I would also like to hangout, get to know each other and have fun together. I'm looking for a place from where I can easily get to Monash university (Clayton). If you think we'd get along well just message me!
Hi there, My name is Sonya, and i am moving to Melbourne from India for my Masters at Deakin University. I'm a person who likes to keep her place 'presentable' and comfortable enough to live in. I am looking for a furnished place with a private room along with an attached bathroom. I'm respectful of people's personal space and their belongings, pay bills on time and always willing to lend a helping hand around the house when I can. My culinary skills aren't the best (even though I love my food), but definitely look to dutch in with the groceries and other expenses pertaining to the house. I love playing board games, and I'm a sport enthusiast. I have absolutely no problem with friends coming over as long as i get my personal space. I also am very fond of cats and dogs, so having a pet at home would be a plus !
A young couple madly in love, but not so in love you will hear us all the time. Scott is an aspiring soccer player/electrician, whilst Heidi loves food. We are both amazing cooks, absolutely adore dogs but don't have the time for one of our own.
