▪️Hi, I am a medical doctor and medical scientist, currently doing PhD at Monash University, Alfred Hospital Campus near St. Kilda. I am a very friendly, kind hearted, soft spoken, clean, respectful, helpful, social and philanthropic person.
▪️I have been looking for a furnished private room with ensuite/shared bathroom in a share house/ town house/ apartment/granny flat. I would prefer a room near/around St Kilda (Prahran/ South Yarra/ Toorak/ Richmond/ Elwood/ Caulfield/ Glen Iris/ Mount Waverly/ Glen Waverly etc). but I am flexible to live at far away places, if other requirements are met.
▪️I wish to have a room which I can call my home. Heating system and air conditioner is a must in the room. Essential kitchenette, refrigerator and washing machine should be available.
▪️I am very much social, but I prefer a calm and quiet home which is essential for my scientific work. Occasional modest parties are okay, but not frequent.
▪️I need room from 21-Feb; but can be flexible for a week plus/minus.
▪️The budget ceiling is 1000 - 1200 per month, but I can increase if the house and housemates seem wonderful.
