I’m 23 years old and work a professional lifestyle leading and managing staff twice my age, takes patience and confidence. I’m very clean and appreciate down time when I’m at home. I’m sold out Christian so usually serving or resting on a Sunday. Not looking for a party house but the occasional wine always goes down well. Love all the usual stuff, Netflix, food nights in and of course a good chat every now and again. There is a good chance I will make you laugh, and bring some positive vibes to our home! Look forward to hearing from you.
I’m a full time student at Monash. I love having me time but wouldn’t mind listening to you bitching about your day either. I enjoy watching American classic movies and listening to music that maybe only your parents would know. After a few times of house hunting and having seen some sht, my standards now are quite low. I’m looking for respectful and quiet housemates that are not too into asian and don’t leave opened avocado with no cover on the countertop for 3 days. If i’m what you are looking for, shoot me a message😊 Cheers !
Hi I am a 35 year old single woman who works fulltime and studies part time. I’m pretty quiet and very reliable with bills. I have a super cute 10 year old English bulldog Lola plus a fat cat who stays in bed all day. I’m looking to live with other quiet animal lovers. The plus must have internet as I study online but I’m flexible with everything else.
Hi Everyone :) I’m a British doctor (resident level like season two of Scrubs) who has moved to Melbourne for a year. I’m working within the Monash Hospitals (Clayton/Dadenong/Casey) and would love to find a home to share with friendly, open minded young professionals. A little bit about me - I am a clean and considerate housemate who respects communal living areas and personal space. I think of myself as an outgoing, friendly person who is easy to hang out with, interested in people and a lover of pets (though I don’t have any myself). I have a broad range of interests from meditation and yoga (though I’m terrible at them) to discovering new electronic music (at reasonable volume of course), browsing contemporary art, playing board games, cooking Indian food and binging a great netflix sitcom. I’m also a keen traveller and just spent 3 months in South America before coming here. Please get in touch if you have a space available and you think I might be a good fit. My budget is up to 300AUD/week and ideally this would include bills. Cheers, Saras
I've recently moved to Melbourne from Sydney for work. Looking for a semi-social flatshare to help me get settled into Melbourne before I secure a place on my own. Looking to share for approx 4-6 months initially. Need a location that is easily accessible to transport routes to the East side of the city. I don't currently have any furniture, so a furnished room is preferable. I'm easy going, very tidy and enjoy city exploring and hiking on weekends. Work in a regular 9-5 job during the week. But you won't find me indoors if the weather is good ;)
Hi, I am looking for a place to stay starting from first week of march. I am a full time student and working part time so I am mostly out. I am already staying in Melbourne, so I am aware of the house sharing rules. I am a very chill out person and will maintain privacy and one's own space and will always clean after my self and expect the same. Open for teamups and suggestions
Hey, I'm Alex and I'm studying Visual Arts and Secondary Education at Monash. I'm moving down from Canberra and a pretty quiet guy; not into hosting raving parties, singing in the shower, coming home at 3am, etc. I'm appreciative of the odd-semi regular board game/movie night/shared meal but otherwise like my own space. I respect keeping common areas neat and tidy and cleaning up after myself. My interests mostly include reducing waste, cooking, impromptu craft projects, soccer/futsal and picnics! Hoping to find LGBT+ friendly and quiet like-minded people to beat at boardgames!
Hey there! My name is Nadia. I am looking to move to the city as I start my first year of uni. I will be studying business, I love being adventurous and discovering new places. I really enjoy all the city has to offer. I would be spending most of my time at uni and with friends already in the city. I am a Christian and go to a church in South Melbourne. I am open minded and respect everyones views. I love enjoying an active life style, I play soccer and like going on walks and jogs. I also love arts and creative activities Looking for a smoke/drug free environment :) Overall I view myself as a pretty kind person who definitely will respect personal and privacy boundaries. I am a cleanly, organized and independent person. I cook for my self but would be open to sharing meals occasionally. Look forward to hearing from you Nadia
I'm a 22 year old female (the one on the left haha who works full time in a lab purifying peptides (it's as exciting as it sounds 😕)! I'm clean, reliable and pretty flexible! I'm down for some hangs but also value alone time, and will respect your privacy or guidelines to ensure a seamless living arrangement. I'd prefer to live with females, just a weird comfort thing, but hey beggars can't be choosers, if you're a top bloke, should be all goods. I don't smoke super regularly, I enjoy a cig here or there, but if it's a deal breaker, I'm happy to axe it. I have my own car, who is my baby, so it needs to be parked somewhere for me to get to work and around and everything! I'm a strict vego but don't mind living with non vegos so long as you don't give me too much grief haha. My preferred suburbs are anywhere South-East, going out as far as Clayton/Ashwood/Bentleigh-ish, as I've been living around the area and adore it, or up North, going out as far as Thomastown/Craigieburn-ish, since I work in Tullamarine!
Comfortable in all circumstances. Hiee.. I'm Bhagyajeet (Nemo), currently pursuing Masters in Monash Caulfield and working part-time in Schnitz . Love to travel and read. Looking for a chilled out accommodation I could move into. I don't smoke and drink but don't mind if you do.
I'm a 26year old, full-time worker. I play sports through out the week and visit the gym regularly. I'm a neat guy who likes his down time when home because of my busy schedule.I'm easy going and generally chill type of guy. I can either be a quiet roommate who is always in his room giving you space and privacy or the type that starts/joins in on themed nights. Up to whatever you're happy with. Also a non-smoker.
My names Viva, I'm not your average 21 year old I would like to think. I don't want to live in a party house (drug free) as I'm not a party person myself. On weekdays I'll be at work and on weekends you'll find me winding down from the week of work and usually catching up with friends for coffee or doing my laundry cleaning etc setting myself up for the week ahead. I work full time at a cafe on flinders street as a barista, but in november I'm opening up and managing a new cafe in North Melbourne so my new home has to be close to public transport. Move in date slightly negotiable by a week or so both ways. If you have something available please hit me up! Thanks. Viva.
Clean and tidy Enjoys keeping active, brunch, drinks Friendly I have a Spoodle she’s almost 1. Loves to cuddle and loves everyone. If she isn’t welcome I can find a relative to look after her
Hi there, We are a happy and friendly couple that are responsible, quiet and reliable. We love pets! We have both rented properties for many years on a professional level, and we simply wish to come home to a relaxed atmosphere after university and work. We enjoy the cafe lifestyle, walks along the beach and any other nature activity and creative pursuits such as photography. We enjoy other people's company are very supportive in a house-sharing environment. We cook as best as we can, however we also like to spend a few nights out each week. We don't mind street parking, or sharing a bathroom, as long as we all pursue common equity in the household. We don't require broadband internet and we would prefer utilities to be included in the rent - we regulate our consumption of utilities (but are flexible). I can be contacted on email for phone.
Hi I am a cardiac nurse at Monash medical center and my current house mate Ash is a laid back brickie! We are looking for somewhere closer to the city to be closer to work! We are both neat, tidy and respectable of other people’s space! I have a full house of furniture which I am happy to share if anything is required! I also have a beautiful 3 year old golden retriever who is very friendly and loves a cuddle! Let us know if you want to know more over a cheeky glass of wine 😊
Hi I am studying Master's program at Monash University. I do not smoke nor I have any pets. I would like to live in a quiet, clean and somewhere fun to live(bills included) with easy going housemates and no pets preferably. I keep everything tidy and clean and expect the same from my housemates. I am also open for teaming up with you and look or move into a new house. I am also flexible with the duration of the stay and move in dates and can consider short term as well.
*Looking for a furnished room between january and march 2019, max $250pw around Oakleigh* Hi, my name is Seraphine, I’m 24 years old and I’m from the southern part of Germany. I’m currently working on my master’s thesis in meteorology and I’m happy that I got the opportunity of an extended research stay at Monash University. I’m searching for a furnished room between Clayton Campus and Melbourne center, preferred in a share house. It would be very great to find a share house, where people not just live together but spend time together (cooking in the evening, chill together at a park, doing some trips around Melbourne at the weekend, …). I will arrive in January and plan to stay in Melbourne for around 10 weeks. Before flying back to Germany, I’d like to travel a bit along the southeast coast and maybe go to Tasmania. In my free time, I’d like to do some sports. In Germany I do horseback riding, bouldering and go to the gym. Furthermore, I love it to spend time outside in the nature and meet up with friends. In Germany, I live with other students together in a share house since 2013, so I’m well-experienced how to behave when living in a share house (yes, I watch out for cleanliness). I would be SO happy to find nice people that can offer me a room! 😊
I work full-time and sometimes on the weekends as well, I'm easy-going and like doing my own thing most of the time. I love listening to music, the arts and nature. I'm looking for an inexpensive place to stay before looking for my own place again down the track. It’ll be preferable for it to be with only 1 or 2 other easy going yet respectful people. I am a smoker but not a chain-smoker and I'm used to smoking outside (as I used to in my own home). I would prefer my own bathroom in a private lockable room, my own bathroom is not as important as a lock on my bedroom door and I’m also happy to pay for it to be installed. I'm a neat person who doesn't like mess and I'm happy to help around the home where I can. A location close to a train station would be perfect for me as I commute daily to the city.
