Hi I'm currently working in the finance and accounting field. Looking to move into a new place by the end of September as my current housemate is moving back home. I have lived at my current house for almost year since I moved from Adelaide. I'm very easy going and friendly.
Hi I am studying Master's program at Monash University and am a very tidy person, down-to-earth, friendly and spontaneous person. I do not smoke nor I have any pets. I would like to live in a quiet, clean and somewhere fun to live with easy going housemates and with no pets preferably. I am also open for teaming up with you and look or move into a new house. I am also flexible with the duration of the stay and move in dates and can consider short term before I move to another accommodation.
Very chill and clean guy, very un-intrusive and quiet, but happy to have a chat and play some board games. I study arts and uniMelb and work part-time. Looking for a place to move into in Early February, very happy to look into teamup's as well :)
Hi, my name is Raphael :). I moved to Melbourne to study Psychology and French. I like travelling, cooking, swimming and music. I also play piano. Looking for a nice place to stay for the next 6-12 months. Those that know me well, know I am always smiling :). I am also quite a clean person, so as long as the kitchen and bathrooms are reasonably clean, we won't have a problem. Happy to keep to myself, but also groovy to have a chill Friday night with a couple of drinks. Send me a message :P

Hi Flat Maties!!! My names Nell I just moved to Melbs from Tassie. I’m currently doing stand up comedy and working full time at Spiire. I love a wine and chat (like most people on here) I’m happy to socialise but I also like my alone time with a good book. I won’t be in the house that often but when I am I’d like to think you’d enjoy my company. 😇
I’m a Melbourne based circus artist and Pole dancer! I spend my weekdays training and teaching to further my skills and the weekends performing at various venues around town. I also love travel which I’m lucky enough to be able to do with work, performing in several countries and around Aus each year. I also love a few wines! 🍷 happy to socialise and be part of a fun household but also like my alone time. I’m clean! And reliable with money for rent and bills. I’d love to live in a place with an outdoor area, either backyard, courtyard or at least a balcony. I need sunlight!
I like a clean and tidy house. I will voluntarily do all the vacuuming (I'll even bring one). I enjoy a night of movies, board games or chit chat. I am just as happy to sit in my room on the computer or play with my dog Lottie. I currently work 4 days a week. I prefer to be with my dog on my days off. If you are looking for someone who can balance both house mates and private space, I'm your person. My dog Lottie is maltese/westy terrier. A loving dog, she has no real flaws (if you're a dog lover). She barks only to tell you someone is entering the house, will then be excited for about 5 minutes before getting bored of you. Same thing goes in the morning. You need to be able to understand that she doesn't know where you have been whilst she sleeps for 8 hours and therefore will want to sniff you and give you a proper good morning hello. She has spent her whole life with a moodle for a housemate so will go fine with other dogs. She is also fine with cats to my knowledge.
Hey guys, I'm Ash, just another Kiwi girl living in beautiful Melbourne, I've been here for 5 years and can't see myself heading home anytime soon. Currently working fulltime at the bank, very career orientated enjoy working hard during the week and then having a bit of down time, or heading out to the footy with friends for a drink or two. Pretty easy going, love to keep things tidy and clean, so pulling my weight around the home won't be an issue. I usually travel abroad each year and take a month off work, so that's a bunch of days of having the house to yourself :) Can get along with anyone so if you have any questions feel free to fire away. Looking for 3 - 6months rental, currently looking around and inspecting as i want to find the right home :) looking for like minded people, happy to share a wine or two & a meal together or even a summer BBQ at home, so if this sounds like you or you think i'd be a great match please get in contact, looking to move out ASAP. Cheers Ash
Hey folks! My name is Sumit and I am a Master's student of Design at Monash Caulfield. I had been living in Oakleigh for 9 months and then in Caulfied for 4 months. I am looking for a private room in a quite setting. Being a post grad student, I spend most of my time at uni while doing my assignments. Even on weekends, I am at library for most of the day. I keep my room very tidy and like staying with people who prefer keeping home organised. I do not smoke at all but do take wine occasionally while socialising. Though I am mostly busy with studies but I do like to talk. My friends say that I am a good listener. My growth has given me enough wisdom to appreciate the differences in opinions. I may have a different opinion than people but that shall never affect my respect for them till the till their conduct is ethical. You can always trust me for rent as I never miss the deadline. I am looking for a flat or house with 1-3 bedrooms. I have been through enough mess while living without contract because of real-estate agents or flatmate's carelessness and do not want to go ahead without it. I am looking for a furnished apartment/room with shared facilities of washer, dryer, gas as a standard equipment + a carpark. A BIR is a must for my bedroom. . let me know if you think that you can team up with me or offer me a place to stay for next 1 year or more. . I am intending to move in Week 4 of August 2018. Thanks and kind regards.... :)
Hi there, my name's cheavin and we're looking for a spacious room for the both of us to share. We work alot of the times but like to clean after our selves and would like to live in a clean area.
Hi there! I'm a 27y/o female, working full time professional. I'm a pretty relaxed person, my spare time is mostly spent listening to music, or catching up with friends. I'm pretty clean, especially in shared areas, and every now and then I'm prone to procrasti-cleaning instead of doing things I'm meant to be doing. I'm also a non-smoker. I'm looking for a private room with own bathroom to rent until at least January, possibly longer. I'm looking for somewhere within walking distance of a train station, up to half an hour from the city, preferably in the inner- mid SE suburbs (ie not past Clayton).
Hey! I just moved from Brisbane. I’m 23 (24 in Nov) and have lived out of home for 4 years, so I’m respectful and tidy and know how to get along. 🙂 I work in advertising, and I love dogs, masterchef, live music, and art.
Hello! To tell you a bit about myself, I am 28,F from Singapore. I am an Indian and here to study my PhD in Monash. I have arrived in Melbourne in February 2018 and am relatively new here. Currently I stay in a shared house, however it has 5 flatmates and the place tends to get really noisy. So I decided to move into a less crowded house. I am a vegan, cook often and am quite clean. Also smoke occasionally. I have quite less stuff as am trying to lead a minimalist lifestyle. I like yoga, runs, swims and books. I am a good flatmate, my currently landlady (she's a Russian) is willing to vouch for it! :) Pls do contact me if you want to teamup. Thanks, J
Hi! I’m doing an internship at Monash University from August to February and is looking for some place to live. I would like to live close to a train station to have easy access to both the university and the city. I would also very much like to live with other students, either from Australia or other exchange students. I’m looking for a nice, clean place and not a party place ;)
I am social and have a laid back humour. I am a masters student at Monash and usually busy during the week with my coursework but I am up for a beer or going out on weekend if I am not too busy. I pay the rent upfront on time and clean up after myself. I like travelling and going on hikes and can join you if you are into outdoor adventures. My lease is expiring on 23rd of September and would like to move in around that time.
I’m clean, organized, funny and friendly. I consider others and pull my own weight. Happy to hang out and have our own time too. Pay on time - reliable. Great cook Can bring a new washing machine, couch and fridge if required. Primary school teacher by day. Latin dancer by night. Artist on my days off. Likes animals. Dislikes rude people. Classy lady ;). Speak soon.
I am a 29 year old male who works in legal administration for a law firm. I am a great flatmate because I am social, very tidy and respect other people's privacy. I like to make new friends and I understand that its important to keep noise down at night so that everyone can sleep. I am a Melbourne local and like to travel, read, watch movies and go out drinking with friends for fun. Please don't hesitate to message me and I will be more than happy to meet you and look at your property. I am looking for a place close to a train station that is around $200 per week and looking to stay for a minimum of 3-6 months.
