I'm 22, from the UK, currently working as an admin assistant in the CBD. I'm super chill, easy going, love to cook and enjoy socializing and having a few drinks at the weekend but obviously respect other peoples privacy too!
Hey Everyone!! This is Amol here. I'm 28 years old. I've just finished my Masters degree (in International Business) from Monash and looking forward to work in Australia. I've also done Engineering back in Mumbai, India. About Me: I'm clean, considerate and pretty easy going. I generally do my own thing but also enjoy socialising and having a chat over a beer or enjoying a meal together. I'm in to cooking and can say that i'm a fairly good cook. On weekends I usually keep it pretty chilled and catch up with friends.
Hey there! My name is Hugh and im currently looking for a place to move into asap. A little bit about me: I moved to melbourne in April 2016 from NZ, I have been working at Bupa since i got here, and in my spare time i like to listen to music, play video games or work on my car/with computers :) I'm also addicted to Netflix and would love to have buddies to watch shows with! I would consider myself to be bubbly, approachable and caring. I'm a pretty relaxed person who is very tidy and respectful of other people's needs, and also enjoys being social and having the occasional drink and going out. I also have a very pretty kitty that is about a year and a half old! He is very well behaved and adorable. I would prefer living with housemates that share the same values as I unfortunately haven't had the best flatting experiences in Melbourne so far on a number of occasions. I would love the chance to have a chat in person or a coffee, just to get to know you better. Hope you find my listing of interest and hope to hear from you soon!
Looking for a room to take, or roommate to take a unit together. Recently graduated from Monash University, and currently study in a part time program, meanwhile looking for a job. Years ago I made some music and performed in live houses. I dig in old school hip hop music, and listen to jazz. By the way, I dislike folk, and pop. And I like sporting, especially basketball. And I was a semi movie junkie. I do not drink I do not smoke. I cook, pretty often but not everyday. Maybe will rarely cook after I start to work. I like pets although I do not have one. So it is rather okay if there is a non-human being in the new place. I usually sleep a little bit late, but I am very quiet. And I do not like party, just want to live in a place as quiet as I am. So I prefer a property of 2 rooms. It is fine if there are 3 rooms when those rooms are separated with distance.
Imagine living with a recently arrived Mexican and have a house full of delicious quesadillas all day. Sounds good, right?. I've recently moved to Melb to start my PhD at Monash and I'm looking for a room in a nice, relaxed house with great flatmates. I have a regular Mon to Fri working schedule at the Uni either working at my project or doing some teaching assistantship, so I keep myself busy. I have shared flats with all kinds of personalities, so I can asure you I have experience sharing flats and I'm very easy-going. You can be sure I'm very clean, tidy, respectful of your time and space, but I'd also love to go out and explore Melb with you if you are keen. Expect good musical taste, always a clean bathroom and good dinner cooked at home to share after work or weekends.
I'm an intl student- getting a postgrad degree in Monash (IT), so can help you with your Mac or PC or other boring computer stuff) I like good TV series (Game of Thrones etc) and smart conversations (about everything but art) with beer or Jack Daniels, however, I have a little time for it - I work and study almost all the time. I'm 36 so I'm not a party animal anymore, I'm quiet and respect privacy and comfort of others and I appreciate the same quality in future housemates - "live and let live" is my motto. Clean and tidy. Pay my bills on time. Driving motorcycle (so I need little parking space) I like jokes, intelligent and/or kind people, ocean, nature, travels and ... artificial intelligence)
Hey ! We both are students studying at La Trobe Uni. I'm 26 years old straight male and my friend is 24 yrs straight male. We are currently looking for two rooms in or around the city. I like giving most of the time to myself whenever I am at home, staying in my room working on my lappy or reading something. He is almost the same. We will be at the Uni most of the time. And yes, we like socializing on the weekends.
My name is Shailesh (40+ Male from India) working in Melbourne as IT professional. Looking for a private room with easy access to kitchen. Please let me know if this place is still available and the convenient time to view this property, My mobile no
Hi, I'm Matt, I'm about to start my Ph.D. at Monash and am looking at moving to anywhere in the Caulfield area! I am looking to move in somewhere ASAP. I am flexible with the length of time be it from a week up until a year so please do get in contact! Who am I? I am moving down from the Gold Coast and I am quite outgoing but very respectful of others and their space. I am happy to move in with anyone, male or female, however, I am looking to move in with someone or others of a similar age group (not a requirement, I just think I would gel better with a housemate of a similar age) I follow a fair bit of sport and am interested in AFL, cricket, and golf among others. Sport is not the only thing I enjoy, I love reading, movies and much much more! I am clean, neat and tidy and try to maintain a reasonably healthy lifestyle... I do drink on the weekends and am enjoy socialising with others. Please feel free to get in touch and have a look at me on social media (if you can, I'm not sure how much information Flatmates gives out...) if you would like to know more about me! Thanks, Matt
I am chilled and easy to live with. In my spare time I like to go the movies or out to eat with friends. Location is not the biggest concern for me as long as the house is decent and not too far from the city!
Aside from my 9-5, Mon-Fri job I’m a Fine Art photographer with a passion for all things creative! I’ve been described as considerate, caring, honest and just a little witchy and weird! (The good kind, I promise) Typically I like to introvert when I’m not seeing friends due to my art practice, but I love having a housemate who is down for a shared meal and a good chat or TV binge once a week or so. I’m super open to having pets around (don’t have any myself). I cook a lot of meals (I’m vegan but it doesn’t bother me if you’re not) and would consider myself fairly clean and tidy. More than happy to share house responsibilities and divide things fairly. I’m looking for a comfortable new home close to PT as I love having access to everything the city has to offer.
From Brisbane, moving to Melbourne for work. I'm in sales and work full time, also a cyclist and YouTuber (Not the annoying obnoxious kind). I'm a pretty outgoing and social guy, I love a good laugh and am pretty relaxed! When I'm not on my bike or doing my own thing, I'll usually be out having a drink or two with friends. I'd love to live with someone who's outgoing, but also respectful when other have to sleep due to work etc. Someone with a good sense of humour is a massive bonus and extra point if you're into personal development. For now, I'm just looking for somewhere to get myself settled. I don't want to commit to anything long-term at this stage as I've never been to Melbourne and just need to figure out my plans for the coming year!
Have previously lived in a share house with my ex partner for almost a year. Very familiar what it's like living in a share house environment. Quiet, not the type to hold house parties. Work nights. No food requirements, and will food shop & eat independently. Often out with friends in between work and errands. Keen eye photographer, creative and loves to travel.
I’m from Istanbul, Turkey coming to Monash Uni. for semester 1 until July . I’m looking for a place to stay. I’m easy-going, clean, tidy and care about people. Looking for your messages.
Always keen for a grabbing a beer, cooking some dinner, or spontaneous trips to footy games, farmers markets, paintball.... the usual. I've lived in shared houses for a decade so know how to behave myself - social areas stay clean and tidy, my room goes through phases though. I'm a firm believer of becoming mates with the people that I live with otherwise what's the point!
Im currently 22 years of age studying to become an electrician. Ive had to move around a bit over the past couple of months and I'm keen on finding somewhere long term where I can focus on having my head at work and being able to relax in the free time instead of having to worry about where I'm going to live. On my time off I usually spend it just relaxing as I work full time. However I'm happy to join in with events, do movie nights, food dates. Im a bit of a work-a-hollic due to moving from Coffs and not knowing many people in Melbourne.
2 kiwi girls looking for (preferably) a 1 bedroom apartment or room in an apartment with bills included. Furnished would be great as we are coming from NZ and we won't have any furniture! We are moving to Melbourne on the 20th April. for PhD study and work. We are looking to lease a room short term or sublet for a few months until we are settled in. We’re very clean and respectful, enjoy cooking, sports/gym, and are very excited to explore Melbourne when we arrive! We love cats so if you have one, all the better!
Hi im Joey. I am am 21 years old and I will be a full time engineering student at Monash University (Clayton). I will be studying abroad from the United States for one semester. I was a swimmer for a long time and I have recently picked up water polo. I enjoy socializing and having fun, but I know when to focus on my studies. I am responsible, will pay on time, and I am respectful of others space and property.
1st of all, planning to move in as soon as possible. I am a neat and tidy person, respectful to people. I believe in making relations and not just be a Flatmate. I am part time working with a company and a full time student last sem (Monash Caulfield). I love listening to songs, little laid back (not irresponsible) and moody with things I want to try/do. I do not mind a glass of wine or beer during weekends or a tiring day. Dinner with company and interesting conversation should be super awesome. I tend to be funny and create an atmosphere where people are happy around me. Mostly full of energy. I would like to live with a happy person who is respectful and would like a friend around in the same house. I believe in honesty and I assure the rent will be paid on time. Don’t like to bring money matters spoil relationships. Well thats it! :) I also have references from my previous landlord. Can forward you that mail. Well lets talk on text/call if you feel I will be suitable. Raghav (Rave)
