I'm looking the place to stay in suburb such as Caulfield, Carnegie, Oakleigh, Clayton and westall and my budget for this is 150$ per week for single room. I am clean, tidy, considerate, and rental fee reliable. I prefer to stay with female environment. I study and work part time at the city. Most of the time, I hardly stay at home. My hobby is cooking and share the food with housemate. I like quite place, not traffic noise and close to train station. Please send me a text, if you have a room to offer me to stay. Best Regards,
Hiya Im Jess, I am a 21 year old qualified hairdresser - And Cameron is a 22 year old Photographer - we’re both very creative people, who both have interests in various pop culture, books, board/video games, movies and music. - We are looking for people with similar interests, who don’t mind pitching in to keep the house clean, as everyone should be responsible. - As a hairdresser, I do a lot of home clients (on top of my job at the salon), while also working extra night hours at woolworths. Camerons job has him often out working late, so we aren’t always home. - We aren’t party people, and don’t wanna live in a party house, but are likely to have people over for board/video games or drinks on weekends. - I spend most of my free time, binge watching Netflix or reading (or going out to play Dungeons & Dragons) - and Cameron spends a lot of time looking into various (confusing, but cool) photography things. - 100% LGBTIQ Friendly. If you have a pet, that’s fine – but no long haired animals. (Im not a fan of finding fur on my clothes etc. and Im sadly, incredibly allergic to cat fur) - this would also depend on having landlords permission We want to START a NEW home (preferably with no more than 2 other people of a similar age) where no one feels lesser than another, where everyone is comfortable to bring family/friends over for dinner etc. - But we are also interested in moving into an existing sharehouse. If interested, please message me and I will happily give my mobile number for further conversations. (we have a TONNE of kitchen stuff, a spare tv and couch - ideally we'd like to bring them all with us on top of our bedroom furniture)

We're super friendly and love meeting new people, very open and respectful to others. We do not mind sharing a room together at the new place. We are hoping to look for a place near Monash Uni in Caulfield and planning on moving in Jan/Feb 2018
Hi all! **looking for team ups, not interested in rooms available** I've lived in share accommodation for the past 5.5 years so I've had my fair share to know what I want and what I don't want. So I'll be as honest as possible! I'm a respectful housemate. I work full time and I also study a Masters part time so I really just want a home where it hits 9pm and it's wind down time! I do go to gym (I see a pt but I'm keen to find a gym buddy), I'm absolutely NOT Looking for party house or even a house where people are in and out all the time, I much prefer and relaxed environment. I am absolutely looking for a clean housemate (just simply don't leave dishes out for days) and someone who is down for a chat/netflix binge but still happy to have personal time. Past experiences have shown me, decent internet in the area is a must as well! I have everything to fill a home apart from a couch (I parted with mine when it couldn't come with me) so I'm really looking to start fresh in a new place with someone. All I asked if you care for my things as if they were your own :) Feel free to message me if you're interested in hunting and for something long term. I'm not in a rush as I want to find someone and really get to know them before we move in!
Hi, there! I'm Johnny from Korea, turning 29 this year, looking for a room around Chadstone. I'm going to go to Holmesglen TAFE institute Starting this July. I am looking for quiet room but hope it has good atmosphere to get along with flatmates. close to Chadstone shopping center would be great although I don't have enough money to throw around. ME: * into working out, playing piano, want to learn cook * Occasionally drink and smoke. (I only smoke once I have a drink and it is like once a month) * I worked as a night-shift cleaner for a year in Australia. I can definitely say I like to keep things clean and tidy
Just a couple of friends looking for a new place to call home. We are very tidy and respectful people, not more looking for party house or messy places, but a decent accomodation. We like to share meals and time with housemates but also need for a bit of privacy.
hey there I'm Luke and I'm 22. I think I would be great to live with because I am easy going, easy to get along with and am also a super clean freak who is very organised also. I do not drink, smoke or have any pets and in my free time I like to train at the gym and keep fit and healthy :)
Hi there! Interested in teamup for a sharehouse and willing to sign a lease. I have a very friendly & chilled cat Jesse. I'm working full time in hospitality to support my study in child care. Super chilled, easy going and friendly. I had heaps of good house sharing experience and looking forward to the next sharehouse! I'm usually busy but love to have a chat when I bumped into housemates. We used to watch stuff together or have a fire in the backyard sharing good on the fire with music. Or more of the time we were busy doing our own things. We respected each other and had a great time together. I'm open-minded. Age, gender, nationality, sexual orientation or religion doesn't matter as long as we are all respectful. I also love outdoors/hiking/music/languages. Occasionally I have friends visiting me from overseas but pretty rare. Please drop me a message if interested :)) cheers

I've been at my current job for just over two years, i work Monday to Friday. i work in the CBD. i am currently single, i refuse to do online dating :) (NO TINDER!!) lol my goal is to save my money and go to University. just me and my little cat and my books looking for a home. (i do have a little bit of furniture, i'm happy to sell or store what i don't need) favorably, i will be looking for some where, that is able to store a few boxes; a shed or storage room. Also a house that has no other cats. An older dog or a experienced family dog, that has had some sought of living experiences with a cat before would be considered. The owners of the property have given me 3 to 4 months, so i can be a little bit flexible. i would rather go sooner than later but i am looking for somewhere to call home, for at least 1 year preferably more
I'm just coming off a gap year from uni and be switching to Monash (I'll be studying fine arts and history). I'm a painter and artist though I'm not messy so don't worry! I'm into movies and playing Xbox and have a wicked board game collection so if you're into game nights then definitely hit me up! I have a nano fish tank I like to sit on my desk with a couple gorgeous fish to go with it of course. I also have my motorbike license though I don't presently have a bike so I just need a spot to park my car. Im not a huge party animal although I'm up for some drinks or just catch up over coffee! Always happy to clean and share house duties too and I love to bake. I don't know many people in Melbourne so I'm looking for a roomie and a friend to find a great little place together!
Hello! My name is Sarah Fares and I am a special needs teacher currently working full-time in Ormond. I am looking for a place to live for a 2 month period from late October to late December, as I will be moving overseas. I am both a cleanly and tidy person to live with, and as majority of of my belongings will have already been shipped overseas I will have minimal items when moving in. Feel free to send me a text message if this would suit you!
I'm an easygoing, open minded person who loves a laugh and chat, casual drinks or two and the occasional Netflix binge. You'll often catch me out on my nerdy side rewatching Rick and Morty episodes or buried deep in an Ivan Turgenev novel. I'm studying science at Monash uni, majoring in physics but I've taken this year off to relax a tad and work.
Me and Katilyn are Looking for legit genuine people to move in with! Hey there, my boyfriend and I are looking to relocate to Melbourne from Newcastle. We are looking to team up with a friendly person to make the rent cheaper. We are looking around $450-500, split 3 ways. I will be studying my Masters at Monash while working part-time. Scott will be working full-time. We are relaxed people who don't party. We have most furniture and appliances to fill a house so just need a person who has their own bedroom furniture.
